It's automatic, goes from 20-35 mph, it's Street Legal which means you don't need a license or plates to ride it!

I just got mine and it’s all together. Only thing you need to do is adjust and tighten the handle bars and put on windshield screen. Just add gas’s and you’re good. I thought It would be more torn down, but it comes ready to go with 5-10 mins of work. Even has oil in it.
