I usually don’t write reviews, but I have been looking to flatten my old scars and I have to say this Scar gel has been very effective so far in fading and flattening my old self harm scars. I have tried other scar gels and silicon tape from Amazon but I saw the quickest and best results with this product. The discolouration is gone, and the scars that were slightly raised are gradually flattening. Very happy with the results so far and will continue to use. Highly recommend.

It didn’t get rid of my keloid but it did help the appearance of it. It’s less red and angry looking and seems to blend in to my skin a lot better making it less noticeable. It may also have shrunk a little, it’s hard to tell. I have found a much better result when putting on a generous blob rather than a small amount. I also put a bit of Estee Launder camouflage concealer on (but you could try whatever concealer works for you as long as it has good coverage - mac 24 hour concealer is also good) and I find both together really help me to get a much more blended in look and it’s so much less noticeable. Not a miracle worker for me personally, although I can see some reviews where it was, but I noticed a difference using it so definitely think it’s worth a try. Make sure to use it consistently everyday.

Excellent. More effective than other common remedies like azelaic acid that I was using for an inflammatory spot. Very easy to use. Pricey, but it worked so recommended.

I have an industrial ear piercing, it was healing fine until I caught it quite badly when rushing at work. This caused a keloid scar on the top piercing, a small dot of hard tissue roughly the same size as the ball on the end of my bar. I checked with the doctor first to make sure it was scar tissue and not just an infection, she offered me no solution besides keeping it clean with salt water and 'seeing what happened'.I used this gel for 3 months, twice daily, after my morning shower and before going to bed and all trace of the scar is now completely gone. It wasn't a gradual loss either, for two months it seemed as if there was no reduction happening. It did however feel a little softer and less sensitive. Then a couple of weeks after that it seemed to just vanish, the skin went back down, no marks, no discolouring. Almost as if it had dissolved underneath the skin.I can't confirm if it was entirely down to the cream, but it certainly seemed to play a huge role in aiding the process. If you have had any issues with piercing scars and don't want to have to lose them and start over, try this.

Easy to use, great product. Has greatly reduced several thick looking scars. Wojld really recommend this to people with chunky raised scars

First time using and was a bit put off by reviews but my surgeon had recommended this after knee surgery left me with a 3.5inch surgical scar. Started using as soon as the wound closed - scar was very raised, bumpy and uneven - I’d been warned by physio to start massaging it to promote better long term healing. 3 days of using (only used once a day) this after some massage and I am AMAZED at how quickly it’s healing, flattening and looking much better. I can’t speak for old scars but for recent surgeries, this has been fantastic (have another shoulder scar which used on bio-oil on and it’s not looking as good as this). Definitely recommend trying.Some reviews mention it being tacky but you really don’t need to use much at all and it dries fine for me.

J'ai acheté ce gel pour atténuer une cicatrice datant d'un an et une autre très récente datant de 3 mois. Toutes les deux dues à une intervention chirurgicale des genoux (prothèse totale). Les cicatrices mesurent environ 20 cm de longueur. J'utilise ce gel matin et soir depuis 1 mois. La cicatrice la plus ancienne s'est estompée et il n'en reste environ que 4 cm de visible. La seconde cicatrice qui me faisait encore terriblement mal, ne me dérange presque plus et les rougeurs ont sensiblement diminuées. Les deux cicatrices sont maintenant beaucoup plus esthétiques. A savoir que la cicatrice du genou gauche était aussi rouge que la cicatrice du genou droit avant le début du traitement par gel KELO-COTE. Je renouvelle donc aujourd'hui mon achat pour continuer le traitement. Le tube de 15g m'a permis de faire ce traitement durant 1 mois sur les deux genoux en application matin et soir. Une seule goutte suffit par cicatrice ! Je recommande ce produit sans hésiter.

Have been using it for 3 months after a blepharoplasty. Scars are almost gone. Great product.

Ho utilizzato la crema per circa 15 giorni prima di fare la mia recensione e la foto parla da sé. È davvero eccezionale e i risultati ci sono. Ne basta davvero pochissima, va massaggiata sulla cicatrice fino al completo assorbimento, velocizza la guarigione ma la cosa molto più importante è che ammorbidisce in profondità la ferita evitando che si presentino cheloidi duri al tatto ed anti estetici. Consigliatissima.
