can the batteries be replaced?

Not replaceable but, always a way used a razor blade to pry off the the shell piece from base it will make a pop sound 5-6 in total. Remove 2 screws batteries are on the back side pry tab up on battery covers and battery will come out. Used hot glue to hold shell piece back down to base. Battery is a LR41/392 it takes 3

No where in this does it say it sing but a previous question said it did. just making sure this lights up and plays music.

um the necklace is not very long and the pendant is average. It fits my 3 year old just right. You open up the pendant and press it for it to light up.

Does the stone heart come out?

No, but there is one on Etsy that does for about $61.
