Will this tighten lots of sagging skin from weight loss for my 87 year old mother? Or what will?

Unlikely. I did not find it a very effective moisturiser which is why I bought it. Neutrogena Deep Moisture is much more effective for hydrating dry skin.

Does this have perfume

Not noticeably so, I have very sensitive skin and I never have any problems using this.

Could I use this as a lotion before indoor tanning ?
