Auraglow Super Bright Plug In PIR Motion Sensor Hallway Living Aid Safety LED Night Light [Energy Class A+]

Perfect for illuminating our back hall where the light switch is only operable from the far end. Stops you falling over all the discarded wellingtons and other trip hazards. It would be too bright for a nightlight where you don't want to be blinded on the way to the loo in the small hours. We have a floor level socket right in front of the door from the kitchen and it triggers as soon as you open the door. Switches off reliably after about 30 seconds. Seems to have a short delay (about 5 secs) after switching off before the PIR becomes active again but this is of little practical consequence.

Got this to light up a dark hallway, which it does. The light switches are at either end of the hall, but the bedroom door is in the middle, so a sensor light is the perfect solution. This works just as you would expect, it picks up movement anywhere in the hallway, which is about 15 feet long, and lights the whole area.

The media could not be loaded. Bought for understairs cupboard where switch is hard to reach . Just the job , nice and bright and only comes on after the sensor picks up that its dark . Will have to wait for longevity result but seems pretty well made .

Sheds a bright light in a dark area. Our stairwell in our new house is without any natural light.We bought this movement activated plug in light and it works very well. Opening the door triggers it, as does throwing laundry down the stairs. Can recommend.

These little wall socket lights are brilliant. I have been buying one a month and adding to my house. At 3.5W output i can now walk around my house as cheap as possible in safety. When i walk in my front door, the hallway picks me up then the kitchen picks me up and the landing. Wherever i go i can see.My kitchen is full of ceiling downlights and now i don't need to switch anything on. Of course when using rooms specifically then yes i turn on but with the cost of electric now this is a no brainer. When i leave for work i make my coffee etc and instead of having Blackpool illuminations i now have a fully functional automatic lighting function to see me out the door.Very recommended and actually ideal for families with young children. Perfect and non intrusive when little ones are getting up in the night for wee-wees.Great addition to my home and pleased. Next month will buy another one for access into the garage saving tripping up too.Thanks Amazon for this item.

This little light is a plug in and forget. It works a treat , the light is very bright , its quick to sense movement and stays on for about 30 secs after no motion is sensed . It does exactly what its supposed to.Personally I would prefer a natural white light to illuminate my passageway which tends to be a bit on the dark side but the warm white works just fine . It would be fantastic if the manufacturer gave you the choice of natural or warm white .Apart from that it's bright and works exactly as required. It does not function as a dusk to dawn night light relying on motion to activate it which is energy saving . It will only function in a darkened environment so will not activate in a brightly lit room despite sensing movementI wanted to order some more units , but on discovering that the price went up from £9.99 to £11.95 in less than 3 weeks . Its still a great product but I hate feeling that I have been gouged on price

Bright but the motion detector is poor. It's painfully slow to activate on movement. You could walk past it before it lights up. Very warm light colour. The light from it makes it look a bit like an infrared lamp.
