Great tasting product and good value
This is a great product. This is the 3rd time I have ordered it and will definitely be purchasing it again. The product is also great value for money in comparison to super market equivalents. Very high in fibre and great for breakfast to help keep you full until lunch.

Excellent Quality Organic Chia Seeds – Great Value 1kg Bag
I’m really pleased with the Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Chia Seeds (1kg). The seeds are fresh, clean, and good quality, and the large bag is excellent value for money compared to buying smaller packs. They’re a brilliant everyday addition to your diet as they’re a great source of Omega 3, fibre, and protein. I use them regularly in porridge, smoothies, yoghurt, and overnight oats, and they thicken nicely without any strange taste. One important note: don’t eat chia seeds dry/raw — they need to be soaked first. I always soak them in water for at least 15 minutes (or overnight) before using, and they turn into a gel-like texture that’s much easier to eat and digest. Overall, I’d definitely recommend these if you want a reliable, organic chia seed in a generous size bag. To use chia seeds for weight loss overnight, create a high-fiber, nutrient-dense pudding or oats that expand in your stomach, keeping you full and curbing late-night snacking. Combine 2–3 tablespoons of chia seeds with 1 cup of liquid (milk, almond milk) and refrigerate for 4+ hours or overnight to maximize satiety.

5-Star Review: Excellent Organic Chia Seeds
I’ve been buying these organic chia seeds for months now, and they’re outstanding. The seeds arrive fresh in a sturdy resealable bag, uniform in size and color with no debris or stale smell. They gel perfectly within 10-15 minutes, creating a smooth, thick texture without grittiness. These have become a daily staple in my smoothies, overnight oats, yogurt bowls, and baking. Two tablespoons deliver great fiber, omega-3s, and protein, helping with digestion, satiety, and steady energy. They’re nearly tasteless, so they blend into anything while adding nice texture when sprinkled dry. The quality feels genuinely premium compared to cheaper brands I’ve tried, clean, fresh, and reliable. Great value for the quantity and packaging keeps them fresh for a long time. Only minor tip: Start gradually if you’re new to chia and drink plenty of water as they expand. Highly recommended! These are the best chia seeds I’ve found. Will definitely buy again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Basically, edible magic…
Listen, I bought these organic chia seeds thinking I’d sprinkle a few on my yogurt like a responsible adult. Instead, I accidentally created a chia pet in my stomach. One tablespoon in water and BOOM — they turned into a gelatinous blob that could probably insulate a house. 10/10 on the expansion factor. These things swell up like they’re training for a bodybuilding competition. I tossed a spoonful into my smoothie and suddenly it turned into a pudding so thick, my spoon called it quits, demanded a full English breakfast as compensation, and is now hiding in the drawer with the forks. They’re organic, which makes me feel fancy even though I’m just a regular guy eating bird food. At this price on Amazon I feel like I’m getting away with something. My gut is now so regular it shows up to work on time with a tie on. I haven’t skipped a day in weeks. Taste? They taste like nothing, but in a “I’m silently improving your life” kind of way. Mix them with anything and suddenly you’re a health influencer. I put them in my pancakes and now I’m doing yoga. Coincidence? Probably not. If you want seeds that punch way above their weight class, multiply in liquid like gremlins after midnight, and make you feel smug about your fiber intake, these are perfect. I’m buying the big bag next time and starting a chia empire. Would eat again. Already did. My intestines just sent me a thank-you card.

Wish I’d done this long ago...
A while ago, I decided to make a few tweaks to my diet, basically to help settle a seemingly persistently dodgy stomach, cut down the snacking and to try to give me a bit more energy. One of the simple changes I made (and probably the one with the single greatest personal benefit to me) was to look to increase sources of fibre in my diet. This has made a huge difference and was so simple do. Fibre is basically just carbohydrates that the digestive enzymes in your gut can’t break down, so they pass through your body without being absorbed, so they don’t raise blood sugar or affect insulin levels like other forms of carbohydrates, which are absorbed. Fibre aids digestion by feeding the helpful bugs in your gut, amongst several other benefits. In addition to eating a bit of all bran for brekkie (with a few raspberries, blueberries or strawberries), which really helped stop the mid-morning munchie cravings, switching to whole grain bread and rice and making sure I got more higher fibre fruit and veg (and a few nuts) into my diet (pretty much anything is good, but the very best fruit tend to be things like mango, berries, persimmon and figs, etc and best veg tend to the darker colour types - so, broccoli, beets, beans (things like kidney, lima and pinto), with artichokes have probably the most fibre that I’ve seen, per serving) In terms of seeds, this is where these little beauties come in and were a bit of a revelation to me. They are versatile and easy to use, naturally filling, aid digestion are a super-duper source of fibre (they are about 30% fibre). (In addition, they are also a great source of omega-3 (ALA) as well as iron and contain about as many anti-oxidants, per serving, as blueberries!). I have added a photo a the end which shows the nutritional info on the back of the packet. For those not familiar, these are about the size of poppy seeds (so really small) and like poppy seeds don’t have any real taste, so are great to add to cooking, without changing the flavour. Their party piece is that they absorb a lot of water, so are great to fortify milks (which tend not have any fibre) including almond and coconut and, of course, they are great to use in smoothies! Also go well with plain yogurt (a favourite of mine with some added fruit!). You can also add them to make breads, muffins and cakes, in addition to using them to thicken soups and stews... the list goes on and on. (There are hundreds of recipes for their use on line). These come in a sturdy, resealable packet, (with more than a one year “use by” window), so are easy to store. You can buy these in the shops, but to be honest, I thought they were very expensive for the amount offered. This is much better value, at about a quarter of the price I’ve seen in my local supermarket. A really great, health improving, product. Recommended.

Great quality seeds that are easy to use every day
I’ve been using these in yoghurt, overnight oats, and also mixed in water to drink, and they’ve been a really easy way to add extra fibre and protein to my diet. The seeds look clean and fresh, and the quality has been consistently good. They absorb liquid well and work exactly as you would expect from good chia seeds. I also like how versatile they are for everyday use. The only slight inconvenience is that the large bag can be a bit awkward to store once opened, especially if you do not have much cupboard space. A solid staple to keep in the kitchen if you use chia seeds regularly.

Great tasting, high quality organic chia seeds
Great tasting, high quality chia seeds. No chaff, twigs or non-chia seeds found during use (about halfway through the bag). This is a mixture of black and white chia seeds. Makes great chia pudding and integrates well into baked goods or sprinkled on yogurt or hot cereal. Great nutrition boost!

Merci!
