Does this make skin oily

No! If you are finding it too oily then you are using too much product! I made that mistake when I first used it but you really only need a tiny amount (so it lasts for ages too) and skin really does look better and make up just glides on.

Does it make pores more obvious when you're not wearing it?

Pores will still be visible... But your skin do feels like a baby skin

When I first used this it was easy to get it out of the tube. Now its impossible! I have had to cut the top off the dispenser and it still won't exit!

Don’t bother! When I first used this my face became slightly red and blotchy. I continued with it but on application my face still became red. By the way I used it sparingly and gently. Have now disposed of it and am staying with my “ Gosh “ which I buy online. Good luck ! Regards.

Is this water based or oil based?

Silicone based which silicone is an oil so its definitely not water based its not even water soluable
