Great price great sound
These are a great little speaker. I bought them to use with a dj mixer I purchased for my grandson. They are a good compact size and can be easily moved . Being able to plug them in to two devices at the same time was ideal for my grandsons use as he switches from I pad to mixer without having to unplug devices. The integrated bass control makes adjusting the bass up and down easy . The sound is very rich and crisp much better than I expected considering the price. The built in stand makes them sit better than just sitting the flat on the floor, they look good and sound good. The build quality is good and they look like they cost more than they did. At full volume there is little distortion of sound and it really pumps the sound out I know this to my cost as my grandson thinks he has to use his mixer and speakers as if he's in Ibiza .If you want a good pair of reasonable priced speakers that give good sound quality at both ends of the scale with a good bass these will fit the bill. Ideal for tv I pad computer etc I can highly reccomend them.

For the price they do the job
Great set of speakers, managed to pick up for £20 as my monitor didn't come with any speakers. Lets face it these speakers cost between £20 and £25 and as for this price I will mark it as such. I wasn't expecting the same quality speakers I have from my TV's sound system, I don't play games on my PC although I do listen to music and watch Youtube video's and I feel that for the price the sound quality serves its purpose well. The speakers look good, they are easy to set up and have more than enough wires for any set up (maybe too much wires for my liking though). I had some issues with a buzzing when I first installed them however quickly found that the 3.5mm adaptor wasn't pushed in enough. Inside the box you get both speakers which are already connected and a power supply. On the right speaker you have the volume controls and two headphone sockets as well as a tone volume control which slightly adjusts the bass.If you are looking for a bass heavy set of speakers than this isn't it however if you want something cheap but with a good quality sound than these speakers are great value for money.

Cheapy Chirpers; good for the price
I bought these the other day to replace a set of Creative i-Trigue 2000 stereo speakers which I also bought from Amazon back in the vintage year of 2006. They had developed a fault whereby the left speaker would stop output unless you fiddled with the switches and buttons; most annoying.Anyway, I got these Z200s this morning. My first impression was one of surprise as they are quite a lot bigger than I expected. In fact my exact thinking when unboxing them was expletive mahoosive. Considering that these are marketed as ideal companion speakers for a laptop I get the feeling that they'd somewhat dwarf said equipment. I'm using them with a desktop system, so they just share the space behind my monitor.Nonetheless they're a cinch to set up. Mains powered you therefore need a free plug socket for a low-voltage style adapter plug. The speaker units themselves appear and feel to be of quite a good build quality. Whilst the plastic looks like it might be soft touch, it sadly isn't but then at this price that's probably asking too much. One thing I don't like is that the audio cable that plugs into your PC or laptop is all black, very thin and extremely weedy looking and is a bit incongruous compared to the perceived quality of the speakers themselves. As for sound, which is arguably one of the most important aspects of speakers, the sound is I'd say middling in quality. Sounds and music come through decidedly richly and avoid the tinniness associated with this kind of product. At the same time though there isn't much in the way of bass and the little tone adjustment wheel really has little effect on the sound that these things produce. Additionally, the action of altering the tone doesn't seem to smoothly ramp with your scrolling but rather harshly switches to different tonal modes - this could be an issue with my set but it doesn't bother me enough to do anything about it because I usually set that how I like and leave it for the rest of forever. In summary these are decent speakers for the price and you'll likely be satisfied by them, providing you don't expect anything eargasmic.

The value for money here is amazing!
I am a huge fan of Logitech and I have purchased many products by them. I am particularly fond of their computer speakers and this was the first brand I considered when looking for an inexpensive set to compliment my computer. To say that this set severely outperforms what you would expect from the low price tag would be putting it mildly. I have listed my thoughts below:Pros- The speakers are a good weight which is always a good sign. It also means that they don't move once placed on the desk.- These are a very good looking pair of speakers, they're also bigger than you'd think too.- The sound produced from the two small drivers on these speakers are bigger than you'd think! I will admit I was a little concerned with the sound quality when I first turned them on, but after a couple of hours the drivers have really warmed up nicely and give off a great sound.- They are completely silent when idle. I know some may consider this a trivial point but I am someone with ears like a bat and humming/buzzing sounds from speakers cut right through me.- These speakers are capable of producing good volume. I have the computer volume set to 50% and these rarely need to go above 1/3 on the volume dial!- Great connectivity. The right speaker houses a 3.5mm aux jack and a headphone jack so you won't need to crawl under your desk to plug headphones in.- Good cable length on the cable that connects the two satellites. This allows for flexible placement of the speakers on your desk.Cons- The cable length for 3.5mm cable that connects to the computer itself is short. My desk isn't overly tall and I have my tower block underneath my desk on the left and the cable only just reaches. This is a real shame as the cable between the two satellites is very good.- The 'Tone' wheel on the right speaker is very small and can be a little fiddly. There is also no reference point on the wheel so it is difficult to quantify how much bass you have the dial set to. I have had many Logitech speakers before where you get a click turn once the bass is set to 50% for example but these don't have that.Overall, as you can see the pros really do outweigh the cons here. For the price you pay for these I really don't think you can do much better when it comes to both looks and performance and I cannot recommend them enough.

Good value sound.
The Z200 speakers from Logitech are cheap, stylish, and sound surprisingly good. I was using my tinny monitor speakers, which were adequate for watching tv/videos but not pleasing to listen to music through. When they decided to pack up, I bought these. They are a lot bigger than I expected, but that doesn't matter too much as they sit behind my monitor. They look great, and much better than in the amazon pictures. They plug into the mains via a transformer plug, and into your PC via a 3.5mm jack. The audio cable is a bit thin looking, but after several months of use being unplugged and plugged back in again, it hasn't crackled once, as some cheaper cables do when they are about to fail. The speakers sound great for the price, although they can't surpass the sound quality of my Hi-Fi. However, this is not expected for £28. The bass is powerful for the size of the drivers, especially considering there isn't a separate sub. The trebles are moderately clean and crisp, and the mids are moderate too. Don't expect too much out of them, but they certainly sound good - there is none of the tinniness that I anticipated. The speakers goes quite loud, but comes out distorted if the input volume on windows is past 80% when the speaker's control is all the way up.The tone control is a nice touch, and increases the bass a small amount. The volume knob is very smooth, but only seems to output a sound after it is past about 15%.When 2 inputs are connected (through the pc cable + aux in), the volume lowers a little, but this is presumably to avoid distortion. The headphone port is a really useful addition as well.In conclusion, these speakers both look and sound great for their price. I would highly recommend these speakers if you don't want to spend too much, but also want a pleasing sound.

Great Quality at keen price.
For the price, these speakers are remarkable! Purchased primarily as output speakers for my Focusrite Scarlett audio interface (don't need and can't afford Studio monitors), I was not disappointed. Powered by mains adapter (included) they have, in addition to the fixed standard 3.5mm stereo jack lead input (for PC/Laptop, MP3 player, mobile phone etc. connection), an auxiliary input socket for another 3.5mm stereo jack. That feature, for my purposes, is great as it allows me to use a lead with 3.5mm jack at one end and two 6.35mm mono jacks (Left/Right) and plug directly to the balance outputs on the Focusrite Scarlett. The sound quality is very good indeed (bass/mid/treble are all good) from all audio devices I have connected to them. There is a tone adjustment but the effect is quite subtle and I find no need to change from the central position. Volume is decent and is perfectly adequate for room filling sound (don't expect Hi-Fi volumes or disco level bass). All in all, a very good item especially in this price range. Only minor gripe is the attached angled stands which makes storage a bit more difficult (fine if you are leaving permanently on a desk, table or shelf though). Brilliant.

They are great...for their purpose and price.
The Speakers are great PC speakers. They are easy to set up, look great in design and for their price the sound quality is really good. They can be used for a number of purposes such as movies, music and games. At 3/4 of the maximum volume the speakers sound great and the tone wheel is a nice customisation option.Be warned however, that these speakers appear to be more for casual use. if you intend to use them for Music purposes, they are definitely worth the price but are not a replacement for Monitors or a high end Sound System. At maximum volume, the adjustable Bass/Tone-wheel control will rarely sound amazing unless close to the minimum value as the sound will begin to distort. Depending on the mix and genre of the songs that you are listening to, some work better than others. Therefore, If you intend to use these speakers for listening to music at maximum volume with a consistent clarity in sound, I doubt that you will use the tone wheel past halfway very often.Don't feel discouraged from buying them though, they are still very good and have some useful additional features in comparison to other options within their price range, just make sure that you are clear on the purpose that you are buying them for and what to expect beforehand.Once again, they are still worth buying for their price and for casual use you will be very happy with them.If you are expecting them to fill a room with Earth-shattering Bass however, don't.

Great speakers - would recommend!
Amazing set of speakers! For a low price compared to others, I was surprised by their high build quality - they have a sleek, smooth design which looks very nice. The two speakers are a small-to-medium size and blend in quite nicely on my desk. I have been using them to listen to audio from my games console using RCA cables and the sound quality they produce is very high which was very pleasant. The right speaker has a very nice control scheme - a green LED lets you know when they are on or off and you can hear a "switch" sound when turning the volume knob which indicates when you're turning them on or off as well. My only small complaint is that it took some fiddling with to set up - the jack cable that connects the right speaker to a power supply sometimes looks like it is plugged in, but when sound was fed into it nothing came out. It turned out it just needed a small wiggle and then the speaker came to life - but don't let this small nitpick distract you from these amazing speakers! Overall, I am very impressed and would recommend these to anyone who is interested!

Super equilibrados
