PhD Shaker Cup, 600ml

I’ve been using the PhD Mixball Shaker for a while now and honestly, it does exactly what you need from a protein shaker. The mixing ball works really well... even with thicker protein powders, I’m not getting those annoying lumps anymore. Just a few shakes and it’s smooth every time. The lid is secure and doesn’t leak, which is a big plus when carrying it in a gym bag. It also feels quite sturdy for a plastic shaker, and the size (600ml) is perfect for a standard shake or even a slightly larger serving. Cleaning is easy too since there’s no complicated mesh... just rinse or throw it in the dishwasher. Only small downside is that it’s pretty basic in design, but for the price, you really can’t complain. Overall: Simple, reliable, and great value for money. Would definitely recommend for everyday gym use.

This turned out to be a solid shaker bottle that did exactly what I needed it to do. The included wire mixing ball helped break up lumps and made it much easier to get smoother protein shakes compared to simply shaking powder and liquid on their own. The bottle itself felt sturdy, the screw lid sealed properly, and I didn't have any issues with leaks during use. Overall, it's a simple product that worked well and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable protein shaker.

Would have been 5 stars if I could read the measures on the side but they are so faint you cannot see them. Other than that it’s a great shaker and drinking cup.

This shaker is excellent — and I’ll admit I was a bit sceptical about the wire mixball at first. I assumed it was a bit of a gimmick, but I was wrong. It actually works brilliantly, blending my protein shakes perfectly every time with no lumps or clumps in sight. The canister itself feels robust and well made, and the design is clearly well thought through. The spout clicks firmly shut and is completely watertight, as is the lid — no leaks, no surprises in the gym bag. My only minor gripe (and it really is minor) is remembering to keep track of the wire ball when washing up, as it has a habit of trying to escape and hide in the cutlery drawer. Other than that, it’s hard to fault. A solid 10 out of 10 from me.

The red transparent design also looks great and makes it easy to see how much you’ve got left. Quick tips for best use: Always add your liquid first to help the powder mix better. Give it a good rinse right after use—protein shakes can get funky if they sit too long. It’s dishwasher safe (top rack), but I usually hand wash it to keep it looking nice. Whether you're into fitness or just want a solid shaker for daily use, this one does exactly what it promises. I’m really happy with it and might grab a second one just to have a backup!

I have bought a lot of these. Some of them were amazing, but a few of the more recent purchases were unfortunately leaking through where the lid screws on. They are perfect except for that and it's unfortunate.

Ich dachte erst: Was kann man mit einem SHAKER schon falsch machen, da wird es keine Unterschiede geben. Aber nachdem ich den Shaker ausprobiert habe, finde ich, dass er zumindest im Vergleich zu meinen anderen Shakern, sehr gut (!) ist. Ich habe mir die bekannten Stoffwechselshakes bestellt. Selbst der dort mitgelieferte Shaker überzeugt mich nicht so, wie dieser hier. 1. Der Shaker hat eine gute Größe, es passen ca. 700 ml rein 2. Es ist ein Spiralball aus Metall dabei, damit das Pulver gut aufgeschüttelt wird. 3. Der Becherboden ist innen rund, perfekt für den Shakerball UND perfekt zu reinigen, weil keine Ecken unten sind, in die man sich reinknibbeln muss um etwaige Pulverreste rauszubekommen (Ich hoffe ihr wisst was ich meine). 4. Der Becher ist dicht. 5. Die Trinköffnung ist nicht so kantig wie bei anderen Bechern, also irgendwie abgerundet und dadurch angenehm um daraus zu trinken. 6. Der Verschluss, den man zu Trinken hochklappt bleibt in seiner Position beim Trinken und ist nach innen gewölbt. Klappen die nach außen gewölbt sind haben oft etwas Flüssigkeit drin, die dann beim Trinken im Gesicht landet. 7. Der Vollständigkeit halber: Es ist ein Henkel dran, den nutze ich nicht, aber vielleicht für andere Personen ein "nice-to-have" Ich persönlich hätte ihn mir noch in anderen Farben gewünscht, ich mag den total und werde mir noch 2 kaufen und die anderen entsorgen.

Probably normal for its price but this keeps detergent smell for a long time and everything you drink tastes like it

Good size and easy to clean. Only one small issue, the measurements are clear plastic and hard to read.
