I use this to help me bulk, it's a good easy 204 calories and 15g protein. They're quite small so easy to store on a shelf or in a fridge. It seems like good quality, easy to drink, no thickness whatsoever. The only thing I would say is the taste isn't the best however taste doesn't bother me too much, and taste is a matter of perspective therefore it's a 4 stars from me

I really like these shakes and they are helping me to lose weight. I have one for lunch during the week when at work and all going well. In order of preference when it comes to flavour is: strawberry, banana, cookies and cream, white chocolate and raspberry. The latter I found had an artificial taste. I haven’t tried the chocolate yet or the vanilla. Personally, I am now going to stick with strawberry and banana. Good luck.

Nice flavour

Taste ok, but very sweet. I used for nutrition and not weight loss, after surgery and treatment and was off my food. Need to shake bottle well before drinking.

I was apprehensive because I've never tried meal replacement shakes. But the strawberry one is really nice. Just tastes like a really well blended strawberry milk. Will buy again.
