Ashwagandha – Amazing and Authentic (2 words i thought i would never put together)I have been looking for a organic Ashwagandha supplement for some time, I stumbled on this on decided to give it a try. Just a FYI I dont usually review products unless I think they may do some good for me or someone else, at the end of the day just my opinion.First off Packaging:Unlike other supplements I have purchased online, this feels like a very premium supplement comes in a lovely box and with a nice design. The bottle itself is made of glass which means the supplier are taking health concerns into consideration (Some plastic bottles contain Bisphenol A, or BPA)Product:Quick overview as to why i bought this product from the hundreds of Ashwagandha supplements products online.So...The product is Manufactured in state of the art GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) facilities and independently tested by third-party laboratories at multiple stages of there production process.The product uses proven ingredients such as - KSM­-66 and is Free from artificial ingredients and preservatives. A natural and organic product that is delivered in the public's eye as having full disclosure on everything that goes inside the product. Which is refreshing to see this amount of thought and honesty being pushed out there for a change please keep it up TRUE VEDA as its great for us customers but also a great selling point for yourselves.My experience:From what I can tell this really works, didn't know how much this helped with sleep also as i originally bought this because it reduces cortisol levels and I thought this will help with my central nervous system fatigue.I usually take a very high amount of caffeine which keeps me in the zone but after taking this i felt slowed down dramatically but it didn't stop me from working i was just calmer and my thoughts were more controlled. And i had more power over my sleep, because of high amounts of caffeine it messes with my sleep patterns and my stomach but after taking the Ashwagandha it was easy not only easy to sleep but i could decide when to lay my head for rest.I have been taking this for a full week every day, and have noticed more about this what this product does to mePros:Helps with stress and my thinking is clearer. (even without the caffeine, yes i tried with and without)I overall feel very happy for no reason at all (Which may be useful for people struggling with depression)Great packaging and delivery (no hiccups)60 caps in a bottle which means this should easily last a monthOrganic Product with No fillers or preservativesGood value for moneyFor every purchase made the company will donate a meal to a child in India via the Akshaya Patra Foundation.Cons:May not be suitable with people with a sensitive stomach or heavy leaky gut, (I unfortunately do and sometimes this feels too strong for me so ill come off it for one day and then go back on it the next and then im fine again.)Full Disclosure: I am not affiliated with the company or this product in anyway i just wanted to share my experience hoping this will help someone.

There are no additives or fillers in these tablets, they are the best ones I have taken. I now recommend to all my friend giving them the reason why I give them so much creditI went through a very abusive relationship which turned my life upside down, after I was diagnosed with PTSD. I struggled with sleep, flashbacks, lack of concentration, not being able to concentrate, just some of the things that had a serious impact on my life.Taking these was the last resort as I knew it would be doctors next for antidepressants and sleeping tablets.Wow, I now sleep sometimes not waking till 7.30am such a massive relief to sleep, I can sleep for 7hours such a difference from the 4 hours I was getting. It seems to have balanced me, the flashbacks are still there but they do not impact on me as strong as they did. After using SuperSelf I thought I would try True Veda as there were great reviews for them, however they are considerably more expensive. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to buy this supplement, in the sense that you don’t know what percentage of potent root you’ll get per tablet. Why does it have to be so complicated, and why can’t the companies be clear? I picked this one as there did appear to further clarity and more descriptive science once I had gone onto the True Veda website itself. But seriously, can there just be clarity over ashwagandha? And why is there only 5% of the root in a 300mcg serving? This seems teensy.These tablets are working and I’m definitely less prone to tension, anxiety and irritability within 2-3 days of taking them. So ultimately, True Veda works.But so did Super Self for less money.Amazon - do you care about what you sell any longer or will you just sell anything now? True Veda and Super Self are good products, but some supplements on your site should be checked out for authenticity.

hi , i would deffinetly let your buyers use it at least for a week or two before reminding them about valued feedback , as it is imortant to know how it works for them , it isn`t just about your good service => which was grate with all that 1st email ....incase anything we better contact you 1st .I had a cancer 3 years ago it was stage 3 peritoneal , and since i been through chemo it messed up my sleeping + menopause a year later all seemed crazy with non of sleep but before i was like my head on pillow and i was gone ;) but it has changed and since about february this year it got worth with my menopause and 3 month later i started researching things . Month earlier i was looking into turmerik and soem aromatherapy for sleep and found frankencense oil and as carea jojoba oil which i mixed up 1:1 and slaped on my face & chest arround dinner time to start relaxing by smelling it => helped and with turmrik in 3 weeks a was back to almost normal . But was wearing of abit and i saw some story on fb about ginsend and ashwagandha and found this => i shell say it helped me after 2 weeks and i slepp as a baby now + i noticed that i feel like 18 again down bellow :)) , im just finishing my 1st bottle but i ever buy just one , so i got one more to go . Oh, one more thing i also use Shillajit (mumio) which also makes what ever you douse to work even better !

Excellent product. Was sceptical at first as I am with any new supplements but these are wonderful & on my second bottle now so can give an accurate review. Started off taking 1 every night & 1 in the morning. I've suffered from gad & panic disorder for well, all of my life! First thing I noticed was not just how much easier it was to fall asleep but to stay asleep-4 months of insomnia vanished. Within days I'd realised the wave of panic that was there every time I woke was also gone, Im starting to feel more focused and instead of my mind 'running away with thoughts' I could again concentrate in depth in most given situations. I've also recently been aware that my immune system seems to have 'rebooted' itself. I have a chronic condition that causes painful abscesses & where as previously I could be in pain for up to a week, that time has dramatically decreased. In the recent past I asked to be tapered off of a 24yr story with diazepam & just last week ( half way through the taper-and someone who was also admitted to hospital in acute benzodiazepine withdrawal-I no longer need them) It's as if my mind has reset itself & I honestly feel so calm. Absolutely amazing product and looking forward to what the future brings-wish I'd discovered these years ago. And No side effects. Thank you 😊

Fairly expensive product that had no effect for me. Tried it for 6 months with no noticeable charges. Pills are small and have no taste so easy to consume, but just didn't work for me.
