My favorite knife!
This is well balanced and comfortable to hold. The price is right and out of my collection of 10 or so chef's knives this is the one I always grab first. And unlike my japanese chef's knives, I don't worry about damaging this one if I drop it.

Sharp? Not even close, my very old HENCKELS knife I replaced was better than this one. Very disappointed. I could not believe it, dull as can be, try to cut a tomatoes, all it does is crush them, not a slice even sawing them. Mistake. I saw others say the same thing, thought no, can't be right. I was wrong.
