Vitamaze L-Arginine 4500 mg Pure Natural Concentrated HCL, 360 Capsules

I have tried other capsules containing l-arginine mixed with other amino acids and vitamins. They had quite a dramatic effect on my mood and clarity of thought and so I was interested to see what pure l-arginine would be like. The effect seems to be very similar - I have taken a quarter of the suggested dose (ie one capsule per day) but the effect seems to be equally noticeable. This is a very large jar of capsules - ie about 16cm high by just under 9cm wide. The capsules themselves are also quite big - each about 2cm long by 0.75cm wide. The instructions recommend 2x2 capsules per day. Since I will only be taking one a day (at most) these will last me a long time - there are 360 tablets in the jar and the use by date is Jan 2018. I am still researching potential side effects of l-arginine, and will stop if taking them if I (or anyone else) notices any. For the time being, however, the effects are positive.

This is both economic to buy and comes in easy to consume capsules which can be both swallowed and opened. For me it’s a perfect mg amount per capsules too

Taken the suggested dosage for 8 weeks and zero effect, other than losing £15.

I am 62 years old, I take one tablet a day in the morning and it increases my energy levels. I do light weight lifting and lots of walking so I have an active life. I came off these pills for two weeks to rest my system and I could really feel the difference , felt tired and aching. The only side effect I've notice is I get face reddening from time to time. I'd give L-Arginine 10/10. Oh and I bought these pills, no free bee trials so I'm not bias.

As others have already said, the back of the label (not shown in the product pictures) says each capsule actually contains 750 mg, and that it's 4500 mg per 6 capsules (the suggested daily amount)

Mais pas 6, comme indiqué en cas d'entraînement. ( des effets trop pleins ont été noté quand on dépasse trop les 3 GR). - Cette prise devenant idéale avec 2 gélules le matin, en mangeant ET le midi ou le soir, à nouveau 2 gélules. Compte tenu que la boîte permet un parfait dosage pour trois mois, que la qualité est là et que le rapport qualité prix est excellent, je recommande vivement cet achat dans le cadre d'un entraînement sportif. Zunächst zu mir, ich bin kein gekaufter Schriftsteller der hier positives feedback geben soll sondern ein ganz normaler Freizeit Sportler mit 31 Jahren der im Schnitt 5-6 mal die Woche zum Sport und Training geht. Ich bin natürlich schnell K.O. und schwanke mit dem Essen hin und her ... Jetzt wo ich L-Arginin nehme ( 2x morgens & 2x am Abend ) muss ich sagen das ich beim Gewichte heben statt z.b. 3x12 jetzt sogar 4x12 und manchmal 5x12 schaffe und gleichzeitig die Gewichte erhöhen konnte... Ich bilde mir auch ein das sich mein Knie mit Arthrose erholt denn ich habe einen stehenden Beruf auf Arbeit und habe immer eine Kniebandage tragen müssen weil mir sonst das Knie nach 2-3 stunden unglaublich weh tat... Arthrose- patienten wissen denke ich was ich meine und nach 2 Wochen habe ich es nun OHNE BANDAGE ausprobiert und was soll ich Ihnen sagen .... es tut nicht einmal zum feierabend weh *-* Vielleicht bilde ich es mir auch nur ein im Gegenzug muss ich auch sagen das ich meine beine mit leichten Kniebeugen (wenig gewicht viel Wiederholungen) und Bein Strecker (ebenfalls wenig gewicht viele Wiederholungen) mache. Als nächstes habe ich das Gefühl das ich allmählig abnehme denn ich esse gerne und vergess öfter meine kalorien zu zählen und vorher konnte ich mein Gewicht gerade so halten und nun weis ich gar nicht wohin mit meiner ernergie und ich bin auch viel motivierter beim sport und bei der Arbeit ( sicher auch weil ich mich immer noch darüber freue keine Bandage mehr tragen zu müssen) ach ja und es ist kein Gerücht ... man ist wirklich öfter erregt also sicherlich auch als Verstärkung für den liebesakt geeignet was für mich nur schmückendes Beiwerk ist. Ich hoffe ich konnte dieses Produkt recht gut beschreiben und war den zukünftigen Käufern eine große Hilfe. La qualité est au rendez-vous mais n'en prenez pas constamment. L'arginine est conseillé aux sportifs, mais la prise excessive de ce complément nutritionnel, augmente les globules blancs, ce qui veut dire que le corps se défend contre le moindre rhume. A savoir que cet élément passe par le foie et peut le perturber à forte dose, contrairement à la Citruline qui passe directement par les reins pour se transformer ensuite en Arginine. Je conseille de faire des poses de temps en temps, de façon à ce que l'organisme fonctionne un peu de lui même. Pour les gens qui bougent peu, 2 gélules par jour suffisent, sinon ne pas hésiter à boire de l'eau, une boite me fait 6 à 7 mois et j'ai la forme.
