Eskimo-3 Fish Oil, Pure Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids - 250 Mini Capsules

These were recommended to me by my bootcamp trainer 18 months ago after I found the exercises were placing stress on my joints, especially my knees and causing regular aching. Since taking these (I take just 3 daily every morning) I have definitely noticed a decrease in the aches and pains. I'd recommend these over any other brand as due to the lack of oxidation there is absolutely no horrid tasting reflux that you would usually get with other brands of capsules and liquid. I stopped these for a few months for another brand with similar omega oils make up but got the taste again so switched back to these as soon as that supply ended. Can't recommend this brand enough. And also about £3-4 cheaper than my local tesco

Worked great! My skin is less dry and dehydrated. They are very easy to swallow and there's no fishy aftertastes or burps. However you have to take quite a few each day according to the instructions. Which is slightly annoying if you already take a few vitamins.

I have started taking the Eskimo 3 Fish Oil capsules as recommended by my partner and my mum. I used to be very tired and panic due to work overload and impossibility in keeping a clear mind in order to be efficient enough to get all things done. I feel very different after a few months of taking the capsules, my capacity to concentrate has improved considerably and am generally in a better mood. Now all the family is taking these capsules, and I highly recommend them, especially if you have a lot of intellectual work to do. Don't forget, you have to take them regularly for a few months in order to see an effect.

I bought these initially after research as they seemed a cut above the normal Omega 3 claims made by many others and i have to say i'm not disappointed. I am 41 and noticed my left shoulder joint was cracking when i did a repetitive move at the gym when using the shoulder press, after taking these for 2/3 weeks (3 per day) i now have no issues at all. I now buy these regularly and would not hesitate to recommend as the benefits I've felt since continually taking these are excellent.

Growing up in Norway we were made to take Cod Liver Oil every day. I thanked the Lord when capsules with cod liver oil came on the market that removed most of the horrible taste. My mum must have done something right, because I still take Omega 3 tablets to this day. The Eskimo 3 tablets came out on top in a 2012 consumer test on Norwegian television, testing 9 Omega-3 products. Some other products might make you burp a little and you will then taste fish oil in the back of your mouth. With these ones there is no taste, and no burping :) The fish oil is also not from the liver of the fish, so it should be safe to use by pregnant women as well.
