Do these clip on to the ps 4 controller? Are just rest on top?

They're clip on over the edge of the thumb sticks.

does this work on ps4 pro controller ?

Yes. Our PS4 products are compatible with PS4 Pro.

Do these fit an Astro C40 Controller ???

I’m not sure because it depends if it’s the same size as a PS4 analogue stick.
