Really happy with this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, no fishy aftertaste. I’ve been taking them for a few weeks and feel a bit more energised, and my joints seem less stiff - hard to say for sure, but seems promising. Muy bueno,desde los primeros días he empezado a sentirme muchísimo mejor de energía,fuerza y como más felíz y animada.También lo noto en la piel,es como que se siente más hidratada.Las pastillas son grandes pero muy fáciles de tragar,no se siente nada,tampoco deja gusto a pescado si se toma durante la comida o poco después.De momento me está gustando mucho y trae muchas pastillas,yo solo tomo una al día y ya me siento bien,me imagino que con dos al día tal y como se recomienda,debe ser mejor aún.Yo lo recomendaría mucho.

Da ich schon seit längerer Zeit Omega-3 supplementiere, achte ich vor allem auf den tatsächlichen EPA- und DHA-Gehalt und weniger auf die reine Fischölmenge. Genau hier kann dieses Produkt punkten. Mit 660 mg EPA und 440 mg DHA pro Tagesportion bietet es aus meiner Sicht eine solide Dosierung. Ich habe dieses Omega-3 inzwischen mehrfach bestellt und bin bisher jedes Mal zufrieden gewesen. Die Kapseln machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck, lassen sich problemlos schlucken und hatten bei mir keinen unangenehmen Fischgeschmack oder Nachgeschmack, was bei Fischölprodukten durchaus vorkommen kann. Persönlich nehme ich täglich 4 Kapseln statt der empfohlenen 2, da ich meine Omega-3-Zufuhr bewusst etwas höher halte. Dadurch reicht die Dose natürlich nicht ganz so lange wie angegeben, bietet mit 240 Kapseln aber trotzdem einen ordentlichen Vorrat. Positiv finde ich außerdem, dass auf unnötige Zusätze verzichtet wird und die Herstellung nach den angegebenen Qualitätsstandards erfolgt. Die Verpackung wirkt sauber und die Deklaration der Inhaltsstoffe ist übersichtlich. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist lediglich die Größe der Kapseln. Wer generell Probleme mit größeren Weichkapseln hat, sollte das berücksichtigen. Für mich persönlich sind sie aber noch gut einzunehmen. Fazit: Wer auf der Suche nach einem hoch dosierten Omega-3-Präparat mit guten EPA- und DHA-Werten ist, bekommt hier ein überzeugendes Produkt.
