Are these gel capsules with liquid inside?

OK so here is my answer, I take Solgar Vitamin D3 (4000 IU (100ug) Capsules and are just taking my daily dose and so I thought that I would break open the capsule in order to give an accurate response to the question. I can tell you that they are powder inside the capsule.

How large are the capsules please?

They are smaller than Solgars vit C capsules in length and circumference....very easy to swallow. Put another way, U shud not have problems with their size.

Did you stop selling vitamin d 10000 iu , you used to have a higher dosage than 4000 iu, where can i still get the 10000 iu?

On Amazon US, the Solgar 10,000 unit capsules are still widely available, and in gelcaps with oil.
