I’ve been using this Epsom salt for years now and overall I’m really happy with it. It dissolves quickly in warm water and sometimes I use it as a scrub. It leaves my muscles feeling noticeably more relaxed after a long day. I like that it’s pure and unscented, especially when I don’t want anything too strong or irritating on my skin.If you prefer something with added fragrance or a more “spa-like” feel, this might come across as a bit plain. But if you’re after something simple and effective that does the job after a long run then go for it.

This is great I've tried alot off things for my flare up sciatica deep heat never worked strong pain killers and muscle relaxant meds didn't work so Googled what good as can't go on another week like I have been and this item epsom salts came up I ordered these and used tonight and omg it was a different feeling like I can walk better it isn't 100 % cured the pain but while in the bath it made it easier to sit up and get out the bath and eased the pain for ABIT I'm waiting on tiger balm to arrive Tomo to see if that helps with the salts at mo I'm using deep freeze it helps ABIT and for a while then wares off. But while in the bath the salts make it feel warm but also feel cold it's hard to explain but was a good feeling after all

Arrivato il giorno dopo spedizione perfetta! Ho aspettato un mese prima di fare la recensione perché sono pignola e volevo provare questi sali in tutti i modi descritti su internet perché le recensioni non erano sufficientemente dettagliate. Ho cercato questi sali perché ho letto dal libro di Andreas Moritz " Guarire il fegato con il lavaggio epatico" avevo male a un fianco da un mese e poi dopo l'ecografia addome superiore mi anno detto che avevo i calcoli biliari alla cistifellea , io spaventata perché nn sapevo che cosa sono ho fatto come fanno tutti o guardato su internet e sono capitata su Amazon dove nn ho trovato una recensione con scritto che si potevano Prendere Per BOCCA! Dopo averli comprati mi sono preparata 1 settimana per il lavaggio epatico, si prende 1 bicchiere di acqua e dentro si mette 1 cucchiaio di sali premettosono amatissimi e tra una folata e l'altra o messo del miele in bocca , l'effetto avviene dopo mezz'ora si a delle scariche e si consiglia di stare a casa vicino a una toilette , ci tengo a precisare che nn si ha nessun tipo di dolore addominale come avviene con gli altri purganti( sia medicinali che naturali) provoca un senso di inappetenza( ma nn usateli per dimagrire perché se non avete dei reni che funzionano bene si possono formare ristagni di sale nei reni !!) L'aspetto dei sali sono delicati e assomigliano ai cristalli di neve e a contatto con l'acqua si sciolgono subito. Dopo varie settimane o iniziato a lavorare e arrivavo a casa con dei dolori ai piedi e gambe e facendo dei bagni o pediluvi effettivamente rilassano e a fatto sparire il dolore che avevo. Consiglio a tutti di tenerlo una busta a casa.Grazie
