Fantastic!
I have spent much time and effort trying to adapt my astronomical tripod so that I can move it easily. It carries about 12 Kilos of telescope so lifting and dragging about the place is dodgy. I had already tried individual castors that really were not up to the task for easy wheeling and the tripod tips were removed to allow a better fit but without success. Why I had not found the Neewer Dolly before I don't know but it took me under 3 minutes to fit it and it works perfectly. And what a price! Built with very strong, lightweight aluminium with steel components where the clever design needs them - all I can say is FANTASTIC! Well done Neewer - clever design + quality components + modest cost = total customer satisfaction.

A REALLY GREAT PRODUCT AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE
I do a quite a lot of video work and need to move my camera and tripod around during the shoots. I recently purchased this item and have found it invaluable, it is easy and quick to assemble and both my tripods which have totally different feet fit the system perfectly. It moves very well on wooden and carpeted floors but a little slow on tarmac or concrete, however, all in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

Value for money.
As a set of wheels to move the camera round easily and quickly very good. Easy and quick to put together and decent quality. I think the only thing I would change is I would have have got 3” wheels instead of 2”. But it’s stable and locks off well

MADE FOR A WAR ZONE!
I really do wish they had a 5-star plus rating when it comes to this product. Built like the Fourth Bridge, it would support a heavy man, let alone a tripod! This is an engineered piece that folds into a manageable size prior to being placed in the supplied bag. The generously sized rubber tyred wheels run silently and the ball bearings, although not precision, are more than adequate for their purpose. Beware, this is no lightweight, flimsy 'spider', it carries a professional status and is built to last for generations ... it will certainly outlast us. If you plan on carrying this 'spider' any distance, you'd best be young or visit a gym regularly. Its main asset is that of its ease of assembly. The locking pins snap into their respective holes under spring pressure, its deployment being just a matter of seconds. If previously set-up, which is usually the case, the tripod may be mounted inside the minute and you are set to go. The method of clamping the tripod into place is with a high degree of safety. To be honest, it is overly engineered, which is why I love it so. Upon opening the box and deploying the 'Spider' my first words were: 'This is made for a war zone!'

Not a very long base but pretty good for the money
I have bought this just to be able to move the rig on the set, not taking moving shots. I have used much more expensive dollies in the past, but none have been able to replace a stabilizer gimball like Ronin. I don't see a dolly as some sort of stabilizer like others would see (and I am pretty shocked to see a dolly being considered a stabilizer). It's something to move your gear around by pushing it, without taking it into your arms etc. One small downside, the base is't very long, my tripod legs don't come to a hard stop from their expansion, but the leg's mount on the dolly pretty well and the lock looks pretty sturdy to me. The wheels locks are good too, shame they don't have preset positions, as they are moving easily in any direction. For the money, I can't complain. Looks pretty solid after using it a dozen times on the set since I got it, time will tell if the spreading leg locks would hold... RIght now, I am satisfied with what it offers.

This is NOT A DOLLY and cannot be used as a DOLLY for Video.
The wheels are useless for gliding smoothly on any surface but glass. The only reason to use this is if you have heavy equipment that needs to be trolled about regularly, e.g., Light stands. Tripods may be used for Photos, but they are 100% not recommended for video. I tried sourcing some higher-quality rubber wheels that can improve ride quality, but the wheels cost more than this thing. So you get what you pay for, guys. Works and looks sturdy enough. I have used it for a couple of shoots. Build time is worth the time-saving and ease of transporting heavy equipment across a room. So now this guy is permanently mounted onto my Light stand to trolley my lights to place quickly between different lighting scenarios.

easily convert your static tripod for video
This is very simple to put together - just a few clicks and you're ready to go. My tripod with standard feet fit into the holders which are tightened into place and then the tripod glides smoothly over hard floor or carpet for rapid repositioning. Ideal for video or even just getting into the right place for stills.

5-Stars for Neewer Photography Heavy Duty Tripod Dolly with 2" Wheels
The Neewer Photography Professional Heavy Duty Tripod Dolly with 2" Rubber Wheels is an excellent product and an excellent value. We have tested the 2" wheels version only in an interior studio with a smooth hard wood floor. The set-up is with with a professional Bogen 3040 tripod base and a 3063 Bogen head with a weight of 20lbs; and a Blackmagic Ursa Mini, plus rig, battery, and 200mm lens weighing 15 lbs, for a total of 35lbs. This Neewer Heavy Duty Tripod remains extremely stable and sturdy with very smooth rolling action for maintaining required composition following action laterally as well as for rolling push-ins and pull-outs. The brakes on the wheels are strong and tight. We were pleased to find that the minimal leg extension of the dolly at 10.8 inches is the approximate tripod leg extension we normally use for this camera-tripod set-up. Also, for our indoor studio use, the 2 inch wheels are more than sufficient. Regarding the minimal leg extension distance, the dolly is even sturdier since there is approximately double the leg strength without the telescoping out of the leg that extends the dolly out to 15.7 inches. We did not test the dolly at its maximum extension, since the minimum extension is perfect and super-strong for our use. At its maximum extension, there is certainly a slight flex to the legs when applying top to bottom hand pressure, though the flexing was not serious. We will update this review for rating when testing at max extension. For us, the important fact is that at the minimal extension, with one tube inside the other, there is absolutely no flexing, or bowing even with maximum hand pressure. So for our use and our conditions this Neewer dolly is a 5-star product. We will be ordering additional dollies for a second camera, and lights.

Top!!!
Super Produkt, Wertet jedes Stativ auf. Daqmit kann man im Studio ganz einfach die Kamera (am Stativ) herumschieben, aber auch Lichständer mit Blitzen und Softboxen. Man ist also sehr mobil.
