This helped my energy levels even though I’m not poorly. I’m assuming due to the high quality vitamins that are also in there. It’s got a tangy taste, but palatable. I actually quite enjoy the taste myself. Would recommend!!

I was recommended to use this supplement which I have done and OMG it makes me bounds. Our family loved this stuff so much we have placed it on subscription and I believe it's locked in at the lower price really really good stuff.

Taste is not so good, but the product is it gives you that boost to help with tiredness fatigue especially after an illness or Op. I take in the morning excellent.

My hemoglobin is usually on the low side and I am vegetarian, so I started using this product and found that the values when tested are now on the normal side. I did discover recently that I have been taking only 1/2 the dose, 1 teaspoon per day and have recently added the second teaspoon, one in the am and 1 in the pm. I did consult with my doctor who mentioned that I should not take any other type of vitamin while on this product as it would increase the maximum dose of some of the vitamins. The only drawback is that I prefer to purchase the larger bottle and it has not been available this year, 2025.

It is a good product and works if you want to improve your iron. The flavour it was not ny favourite but I am use to

Very effective, easy to digest, it’s helps with fatigue and iron deficiency meant to do and taste good. I recommend getting the bigger size. I have been using this for years.
