Good Morning, what is the size of the pill?

The pill is rather small, about half the size of a regular vitamin pill. I stopped taking it because it made me constipated.

Are these hexane free?

Jesska, please do a little more research!! Hexane is only used for refined oils. This EPO is cold pressed. It says so on the bottle! "cold pressed without the use of chemical solvents" i.e. NO HEXANE!! Cold Pressed means an expeller is used to gently squeeze the oil from the seed or fruit, as in olive oil. Refined oils use chemical solvents without bothering to cold press.

Delivered in time, well packaged, properly sealed. About the product itself: it is hard to say objectively, as it is very individual. What works for one, does not work for the other. I use primrose capsules for a while now, and believe they help with my PMS and premenstrual symptoms. However, it is hard to say for sure, as I use other supplements alongside primrose oil.
