Grewat flavour not overpowering, versatile.
Great! I always use this particular brand for thai cooking and anything where I was coconut without being overwhelmed by it, and this does the trick

Great dairy substitute
I put this Biona coconut milk in my tea instead of dairy milk, and it's delicious. As it's organic it has no emulsifiers so I need to whizz it with the hand blender first but that's no bother. This is natural, not like other ultra processed and seed oil laden gunk dairy alternatives like oat milk. Highly recommended if you don't want to consume dairy.

Better ingredients than a supermarket brands
Supermarket coconut milk has lots of artificial ingredients. Biona has only few natural ingredients - how it should be for a coconut milk. Yes it is pricier than cheap supermarket brands, but ingredients are much better.

Organic coconut milk v coconut cream
This tinned coconut milk was bought to add to coffee. In the past I have used non organic coconut cream, sold in cartons, which is very creamy and may have carboxymethylcellulose stabiliser added. I did like the taste and consistency but was looking for an organic product with no chemicals added. At first I was unsure about the Biona coconut milk as although it is only made of coconut and water it was very lumpy and not very creamy, perhaps because coconut milk has a lower proportion of coconut in it and because there may be no added stabiliser. It looked a bit like curdled watery cream with big lumps in it.However, I found that putting the coconut cream into my smoothie blender for a few seconds made it much more smooth and creamy. This was then stable in the fridge. I find that it works fine in coffee, although not quite as creamy as coconut cream. It’s a matter of personal taste.Good to see that the tin is BPA free, so more of the health benefits, and none of the chemicals!

Used to be good but now the quality has declined
I used to buy this coconut milk because it’s organic and contains only two ingredients, coconut and water, with no additives. It used to be thick, creamy, and bright white, making it excellent value for money. However, the recent batches have been completely different. The coconut milk is very thin, pale in colour, and lacks the rich, creamy texture it used to have. I had to use one and a half tins to make a recipe that previously only needed half a tin from the batches I bought six months ago.If this is supposed to be the regular version, I’d hate to see what their light coconut milk is like. It’s no longer worth the money, and I’ll be switching to a different brand.

I thought this was a different product
I wanted coconut power and I didn t read it properly. I’m thinking 6 tins I’m. However prob better than powder as it pure coconut. It’s thick in texture so I had to add water in to whisk my coffee as that’s what I wanted it for. I even made a coconut angelDelight and it was nice and I knew the fat content etc wouldn’t stick to my hips as good fat. Read up on coconut milk. Good value for money though 6 tins. I didn’t know what else to store the rest in so it went in a water bottle lol u know whatever works. You get 3 days to use and it was way gone before that I loved how creamy it was on the lid. I still have a couple left.
