Bought 1000mcg biotin by solgar because of all the good reviews on hair growth and nail strength. Thought I would try it myself and find out if it really works or its just a hoax. So ordered it yesterday, arrived today, 1 day delivary - quite fast! Pleased. Took biotin about 20 mins after meal time with a glass of juice. Funny thing I hadn't read anything about headaches only acne breakouts, but guess what a few hours later, massive headache! Thought to drink some water, since it is advised to take biotin with a lot of a water according to reviews and preferably with a meal according to the instructions on the packaging. I guess that's why I got the headache in the first place. Yeah so id say about 3 - 4 mins and 3 glasses of water later, I managed to get rid of it. After getting the headache I did search 'biotin and headaches', I must say there were a lot people complaining about headaches after consuming biotin. So the only advice I have for now is to drink water before, after and during, trust me you don't want that headache. Ill post in a month and see if anything happens to my hair or nails :)

Bien embalado y protegido, las capsulas son bastantes pequeñas por lo que es muy fácil tragarlas. Tomare una cápsula al día, y editaré en un unos meses si me hizo efecto, porque tengo una caída de cabello bastante preocupante.
