Honestly, this cream worked really well for us. It cleared up redness quickly and stopped nappy rash from getting worse. It's quite thick, so a small amount does the job. A bit greasy, but definitely worth it for how well it protects baby's skin. Definitely recommended 👌

Absolutely fantastic stuff, been using it for years, not just in nappy rash. Be aware, it to check ingredients as it does contain nut oil. (Better than that stingy white stuff that makes children scream when you put it on.) This is so soothing and cleared nappy rash up in 24hrs after other leading brands hadn't worked over the course of 10 day.

This is hands down the best nappy rash cream out there in my opinion! I’ve tried a fair few but bepanthen is the only one that seems gentle enough and clears the rash right up, within what feels like minutes! Also I feel on amazon it is very reasonably priced and with my prime membership I can get this next day delivery.

This cram is brilliant. My grandson had bad nappy rash. After cleaning I would wash his bottom with warm water. Dry and apply this cream even on the first day you could see the bottom was starting to heal. I always change the baby soon as he poops, .
