Great product ! Very soothing to the tummy .

I've tried all manner of vitamins and minerals over the years to help improve my diet and just feel healthier and none have had the same positive effect as the Natures Aid Superfood. I honestly feel healthier, I have more energy and I feel brighter and more alert.My diet overall is pretty good, I always try to eat healthy but I do on occasion have days where my diet could be better. I never have an issue with eating fruit but vegetables are what I don't get enough of, hence I now take the Natures Aid Superfood supplement.I absolutely recommend these to anyone, I'm so impressed I've recently subscribed to a monthly subscription.

I don’t eat vegetables or fruit so I take these capsules instead and they really make a difference to my diet and I’ve noticed a difference in my skin. It seems to be glowing. I will be buying these every month. I love them

Gave me vivid dreams .

I was recommended these & I suffer from colds a lot so ordered them. I started with 2 a day as recommended but within 1-2 days I have the worst migraine I’ve ever experienced and nothing would shift it so I stopped taking them. I left it 3 weeks then tried again thinking maybe last time it was due to the fact I had my period when I started them and I can get migraines during this time.Anyway I tried just 1 tablet a day this time around & by day 4 I again had very similar migraine and just as bad as the last time I was taking these so I’ve stopped them now. I think there’s too much in these vitamins and for me personally it’s triggering a migraine for some reason.

These are great, I've always had trouble getting all of my veggies in, fruit is easy but veggies not so much so was really looking forward to trying these. I'm just over a week into them now and I can see a difference, I have more energy, my skin is great, I have more colour to my complexion, will continue to take them (definitely better to take 2 a day rather than 1)EDIT: Just wanted to update as i've been taken these for 3-4 weeks now, honestly they are amazing, I cannot recommend enough. I have much more energy, my skin feels great and the best thing for me is that my digestive system is working wonders!! Have always had trouble but these really help you to stay regular

Brought these after reading some fertility self help books. Broke the capsules apart and added to smoothie. At first hated the taste but soon found I actually looked forward to my daily smoothie. Made mine with 200ml organic milk, banana and a dash of honey to sweeten. Fell pregnant on my next round at the clinic. Delighted. So not saying this was why but fore sure worth the try!
