I purchased this gel for someone who was diagnosed with dry eyes, and they have been absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly effective at keeping the eyes feeling refreshed, hydrated, and comfortable throughout the day. It is worth noting that because the gel is a bit thicker than drops and has greater strength to deliver deep moisture, it can make your sight a little blurry for a brief moment right after you apply it. However, this soon wears off after a few blinks, leaving the eyes feeling completely relieved. It’s a brilliant, high-quality product that does exactly what it promises for proper dry eye management. Highly recommend!

Brilliant stuff! I ordered this as an alternative to my usual night gel which was out of stock. I'm so glad I did too, its far superior. I use it at bedtime and since I have been using it I've had no need for eye drops at all! My eyes are more comfortable and even my vision seems better, not so light-sensitive in sunlight either. Will def continue with this.

I've been using this overnight for dry eyes and it definitely helps reduce that gritty, irritated feeling when I wake up in the morning. The gel is thick enough to provide lasting lubrication throughout the night and leaves my eyes feeling much more comfortable by the next day. The downside is that it can leave a bit of residue and temporarily blur your vision after application, so it's definitely something to use right before going to sleep. Occasionally I notice small gel-like bits in my eyes when I wake up, which can be a little irritating. That said, it does what it's supposed to do and provides good overnight relief for dry eyes. Worth trying if standard eye drops aren't lasting long enough.

I suffer from dry eyes and was told by my optician that I must use drops several times a day. I’ve now been using Artelac nightly before bed for a few months and have noticed my eyes feel moist and comfortable. This gel is far better than any of the eye drops I tried previously. If you suffer from dry eyes I recommend that you try it.

I got this because I have chronically dry eyes at night. I haven't found this really helps. I put it in alongside normal liquid eye drops, but all it does is makes my eyes really sticky. I still wake up with dry (and stuck together) eyes.

I was recently diagnosed with dry eye......sounds boring, but it is uncomfortable, especially in the morning. So I was recommended some hydrating gel. The product comes in a small tube with a long narrow nozzle, making it easier to get into your eye. Appearance, is a clear liquid, slightly thicker than water and I found that it worked to ease my dry eye prior to going to sleep almost straight away. On the first morning, I did experience a little powdery crust on my eyelashes and the second morning, there was a noticable improvement, with less dryness and crust (I know, it's a horrible word to describe it, but can't think of another) and eyes were not half as sore or itchy. There can be a little blurring at first, but blinking and rolling your eyes helps. So at this moment, I would say it's good value for money as you only need a small drop. Will continue to use and would recommend.

I have problems with my eyes for years they get super watery and red , I got this as it was really bad and crusty and round my eyes was sore from the constant watering I used it throughout the day for 2 days and they are back to normal now. I think it worked better than traditional eyedrops
