Is this any good for Piriformis Syndrome and/or nerve pain? Also baker's cysts?

I know bio freeze helps pisiform is syndrome. I exercise a lot and it helps with the aches and pains. Excellent Gel and it's worth buying.

This is mainly a muscle/joint pain relief cream, however it does not state that you cannot use it on your face, however I would proceed with caution as on the tube it says to avoid getting into eyes.

Can I use for topical numbing

Not sure what you mean but my husband uses it regularly and it definatly eases the pain in his shoulder
