Excellent. Weight spot on. 2x10kg yet they are compact enough. Handlebar wide enough for my big hands. Excellent value for money.

I purchased these 1kg weights to use whilst following workout routines online to make the workout just that little bit harder and help tone my arm muscles at the same time. I'm a complete workout beginner so I opted for the 1kg weights as I didn't want to push myself too hard too soon and cause injury. These have been great. They're enough to provide that bit extra weight so I can feel my muscles getting a workout but not too heavy that they cause strain. I love the neoprene material they are made of as it is really comfortable to hold and I don't feel like I'm losing grip on them even when I work up a sweat. Love the funky colour too. These 1kg weights are approximately 15cm in length and the middle section that you hold is around 9cm in circumference which I find to be really good. I'm only 5ft and have quite small hands so I wouldn't want the middle any thicker or i would struggle to hold it comfortably. I may move on to a heavier dumbbell as I get stronger but for now these are fabulous and providing good results, they're also very reasonably priced to which is a bonus.

Great quality, good neoprene coating and most importantly the handles are not to thick like most other neoprene dumbbells. I now have the 6, 8 and 10gk

Love it, just what I needed for home work out. I wish the end bit was wider like the gym ones so as to hold when doing my goblet squats. But, overall I’m happy.

These weights were exactly as described and perfect for what I needed them for, ideal grip and non slip. Excellent quality and not expensive. Delivery was fast too so all good and no complaints 😊

These grips fit my hands perfectly. I first bought the slightly cheaper Amazon brand , but they were too thick so I struggling to close my hand around them and had to rerun them . I now have various sizes in these ProIron 4kg weights and I also like the fact they can’t “roll” as they have a flattened edge .

Partiamo dal presupposto che mi intendo poco, ho sempre praticato sport senza utilizzare dei pesi. Ho iniziato da poco e mi serviva qualche manubrio per gli allenamenti a casa. Dopo aver letto molte recensioni ho trovato che questi manubri potevano fare al caso mio, anche per la qualità prezzo. E ne sono soddisfatta.
