The third one of these I have bought for various relatives. I had to borrow a neighbours lawnmower when my mums stopped working. This model was far superior to the borrowed one. (Even though that was a proper posh mower) The grass squashes well in the grass box so doesn't need emptying as often. It is lighter but makes a better job of mowing. Unfortunately, the screw bracket thing on one side wouldn't tighten up. I contacted Bosch who asked for a few details, proof of purchase, model details on the mower. They then sent me a diagram of the mower so I could get the correct part. I emailed them back & received a replacement part a few days later. Brilliant customer service from an excellent company.

A good little lawnmower with a fantastic simple height of cut adjustment. It would have 5 stars if it didn't have 3 minor little flaws: 1. The rear basket is a bit flimsy in its attachment to the mower and the ventilation holes are a bit large with leads to quite a bit of projection of tiny cuts of grass. 2. The cable management is non existent when it's time to fold away the lawn mower. 3. The folding of the handle is half great and half bad. The great part is the good quality fast locking mechanism at the lawn mower level. The bad part is design of the bolts connecting the upper part of the handle with the lower part. They are as basic as it gets and very cheap in comparison of the rest. But functionally the mower works great for its size.

I bought this to replace my very old same model. I am disappointed in this make that had a good reputation for good quality. My old one was solid this is flimsy. The grass box comes in two parts which does not fit together properly so some grass come out and the top handle which clicks on keeps coming off so you carry the whole box in your arms. Also the lowest cut is not as short as my old same one. The lead is not long enough for purpose. No way to wrap the lead. Their old version did.. All in all an inferior model from what once was a great make. It seems they are now just trading on the name alone

Fast post, Upgrade from my previous Bosch, this a great mower does good job of cutting and collecting the grass, great for small or medium sized lawns, no regrets buying this model.

I had a Bosch Lawnmower for 15 years and when it finally gave up the ghost I bought this Bosch to replace it. The quality is very poor, very flimsy cheap plastic feel to it. It doesn't cut the grass as well as my previous Bosch. The grass catcher comes in 3 parts that click together, the handle falls off constantly. Bosch used to be a quality brand, don't bother. Also trying to get Amazon to take it back is becoming a pain, I waited in all day, the driver eventually turned up and said he didn't have enough room in his van to take it! Very poor.

This lawnmower cuts beautifully, unfortunately I found this lawnmower to heavy for me to push, I’m only 5foot tall and elderly, so I have to get my son to cut the grass for me now, nice move I think 👏👏. Bosch is a brilliant manufacturer I gave my old Bosch to my soon it was still working perfectly.

Rather disappointed...had to return.. Arrived it time mentioned.. Plastic not as strong as previous Bosch mower that lasted 10 years +... anyway with this one you have to attach all four wheels yourself but unfortunately one of the wheels didn't click on properly and kept falling off... Assembly easy, not overly noisy, light enough to pick up and carry... On the whole a good mower...

Good lawnmower, not too heavy.Happy with product which is good value for money. The handle was a bit fiddly but that may have been because I am someone who only reads instructions afterwards.

Cuts perfect as expectedwith a Bosch. Replacing the same model bought 17+yrs ago. Only reason for down grade is older model had nice ergonomic hand grips.
