Perfect Solution to my needs

Good power, easy to assemble, very sturdy despite hard plastic sides and being 1/2 and 1/4 inch collets is perfect. Used extensively in home workshop and so far best solution for my router needs. Would recommend as good machine and at this price point would very highly recommend.

more than Useable.

Anyone who's bought this item would agree that when it comes to reviewing it, it would need quite an essay on it's pro and cons. I've neither the time or inclination to do that but it's worth pointing out to other potential customers what you're buying.Firstly and probably most importantly it's worth noting that a bosch pro router table is going to set you back a grand...so based on that. Cons first.Build quality is terrible, nothing is particularly square or flat, the fence is beyond useless as the workpiece catches on it. The screw for the winding handle on mine was too short as the thread was badly cut. The router isn't centred so on first use it ripped the small plastic central ring apart. It wasn't a loss as the rings don't sit flat anyway, I had to sand them level. The winding handle mechanism is wobbly. The assembly instructions are a photocopy of a photocopy x10. Whole thing for such a potentially dangerous machine just doesn't fill me with confidence when using it.Pros. Has all the hardware you need for making your own fence, feather boards etc. if you can't make a fence then steer clear of this machine. The motor is plenty powerful for medium use and I have found it more than useful. The cutter lift is accurate enough to make the tool keepable. It doesn't mention in the destructions that there is a windy knob thing under the table to lock the lift but it's there if you scramble around enough! I haven't had any problems with it dropping in use. Despite the bad build I decided to keep it based on that the money may be in the router itself but only time will tell on that.In summation. I'd say it was a bit overpriced due to it's build quality but depending what you need it for it may be worth buying. For me it is as I can neither justify or afford a bosch. It cuts profiles really smoothly and for pattern cutting it works perfectly well. You do get what you pay for mostly and this is a good example of that. It's more than useable but I do maintain a more vigorous ppe protocol whenever I turn it on. Would I but it again? As long as it doesn't explode and tear my face off at some point in the future then yes. Update. I've been using this machine for quite a while now but just to say with all the above still standing I'm really quite pleased with it. It still scares the bejesus outa me but as a weekend warrior hobbyist it's proven itself invaluable. I've cut accurate mortices with it which is part of the reason I bought it. Unlike my hand held routers I haven't smashed my knuckles into space when undoing the bit which is quite a bonus. (a trend router gave me that oo you %&£##+@ moment earlier so small mercies like that are a big plus with this machine) I'm still glad I bought it but I still want a Bosch though!

A Great bit of Kit

Ive had this table for a few weeks now, I previously had a home made table that served me well for 10yrs or more but decided to treat myself, I'm glad I did, I think its a great machine for the money and easy to use.I had a little problem with the height adjustment at first, It kept lowering itself but one call to Toolsave and it was sorted in minuets, The problem was I wasn't tightening the little thumb wheel under the table to lock the height, so be aware if anyone buys this and has the same problem as its very easy to overlook. I'm so impressed with this machine I'm buying the tablesaw to match..I would recommend this to anyone wanting a router table that wont break the bank

I chucked mine in the bin after 6 months

I bought the RT1500 from Lumberjack in April 2019 and by October 2019 I'd thrown it away and cursed myself for buying cheap rubbish. The table is not bad,, there's a lot of plastic on it but the bed is solid and the built-in router is a real draw. What swung it for me was the ability to raise and lower the router via the built-in lift. The lift was actually the first thing to go wrong. A grub screw was missing from the spindle which meant the cogs slipped and jammed tight. I contacted Lumberjack but they weren't interested and after a bit of back and forth I gave up and fixed it myself, which meant stripping the table right down, including taking off one of the sides.A couple of months after that the motor started sparking. I contacted Lumberjack and, once again, they didn't care. They wanted to sell me new carbon brushes and then they wanted £16.95 to arrange a collection (we got to this stage after 3 days of emails) in the end I bought the carbon brushes from Rutlands (they sell the same router table and the parts are 30% cheaper) but that didn't fix the issue. At that point I gave up and bought a Trend Router, tossing the Lumberjack rubbish in the bin at the same time.I won't ever buy lumberjack products again. They're cheap imports that are rebranded. The grub screw issue is an old one, there's an Amazon review from 2016 detailing the same problem but 3yrs later it's still happening.Customer service is a joke. Unless you give them more money they won't help and even then its the last thing they want to do.Do yourself a favour, save another £100 and but proper kit.
