This is great but you have to keep refilling the water, suppose this is the downside of it being so small. Works well

Was so excited by this purchase. Brought it with me to Italy for all our last minute wedding steaming needs and while it didn't ruin anything it kept spitting water so everything was wet, rather than steamed. We have followed all manual instructions but that didn't help. Don't think I will ever use this again, which is a shame - I could really use a good steamer in my travels and at home.

I did leave a good review at first, I'm sorry but after 4 uses I can now say it's worst every time. Here's my experience. The stream of steam is really inconsistent, and the moments when it's coming out strong, it spits water on your clothes, rendering the whole process useless. I hope it's only a faulty machine I have got. I encourage the seller to take note of the good reviews and the bad.

I dislike ironing so used this a couple of times a week when travelling to do the odd shirt when I didnt want creases. It gets very hot so be careful where you are directing the blast ( I actually scaled myself when it slipped and fell to my leg while wearing shorts ) that aside it worked great till now it still powers, makes the sound of heating but fails to preheat and just leaks water out the top. Im about to start the warranty process but will see how that goes. I think Ill stick with a traditional iron, Ive not had one of those fail or leak so soon after purchase. EDIT - manufacturer contacted me and sent a replacement item, even to another country while I was working away - hopefully that will last.

I love this cloth steamer! It helps me to steam iron very easy and quick, just hang up the cloth or kids uniform and steam from up and down then done! It doesn’t occupy any space when ironing. My old iron machine was broken, so this time I was searching for long time to find this kind of quicker steam machine, it saves time especially just need to flat the cloth urgently, and this is what I am looking for. A housewife helper!

I received the steamer and having never had one before; I was more excited than needed. I used it on a few thin tops and it was just about ok. I then went into the box to get one of the attachments to try steam another item of clothing only to find one of them was damaged and wouldn't attach to the steamer head.. 🙁 I'm m in the process of returning this item and am currently looking for another steamer.. fingers crossed!!

Better than expected! The instructions and product is really easy to use as the buttons aren’t as complicated. I like how it can iron it in a few seconds. However I think that the water runs out faster than I thought.

I am torn in reviewing that item. I really wanted it to work for me, it's larger than I expected. Slightly heavy for hand held device. On ocasions it spots the water. And you have to top it up rather often. The room filled up with steam when I used it. And you can only use it upright. It does the job. But has too many small issues for me.
