What size pot for one plant

The rule of thumb is transplant in a pot only 1 inch larger.

Remove any dead, black, or mushy roots. Then put your plant in a bath of 1 part Hydrogen Peroxide to 2 parts water and gently kind of swish it around a little. You should hear fizzing. Remove, drain, and repot in fresh potting soil. If your reusing the same pot, disinfect it with 1 part chlorine bleach to 9 parts water, and wash thoroughly.

Can i use for jewel orchid ludisia discolor?

This is not the best for that type of orchid. Jewel orchids like to have their toes moist all the time.

The bark has both larger chunks and smaller bits which, I think, mimic the natural environment of the orchid, making the roots happy. Since I repotted my phalaenopsis, he's been doing well!
