Let me stat off by saying WOW!!! This cream is my new favorite miracle lotion! It has changed my life! I have very sensitive skin... Specially on my face. I have splotchy skin and Acne. Yes, I still get acne at my age... Almost 40! LOL! I also get this weird rash on my upper lip under my nose. It can get out of control. It got so bad I went to my Doctor. He gave me some RX cream that helped but I looked up the info and side effects and the RX cream said it causes thinning of the skin. I was taking notice that my skin was looking odd it has thinned in that area and had a very slight discoloration from using the stuff. Needless to say this girl was not happy! I started taking some supplements and it seemed to help clear my skin up pretty well. Most all the supplements I take are NOW products. So I knew this was a good product. Let me tell you this stuff has helped so incredibly much! My breakouts have almost completely stopped with exception of "that time of the month" I don't think that ever changes but, even then it's not bad at all. The rash under my nose, Gone!!! It has helped with the red blotchy spots on my cheeks! I use this all over my body and I can see my skin changing and it's awesome! There really isn't much of smell to this cream. It's really light and absorbs very quickly. I don't like any kind of lotion that makes you feel slimy. I'm a very hot natured person. This has not gotten gross slimy so that's a huge Plus! I've just ordered my 2nd bottle. When I got low on the one I ordered about 3 weeks to a month ago I panicked! I absolutely Can Not live without this cream. It's a great price too! I also use this on areas that are achy and my hubby loves it too for his knees and back. He was a football player (linebacker) so he gets sore more often than not. He couldn't believe it when I rubbed this on his knee and he realized it wasn't hurting anymore! This lotion is a Must Have ALWAYS in my household!!! I Very Highly Recommend!!!

I get asked frequently what I do for my skin and I always recommend this lotion. It really holds moisture into your skin. Feels very very soft. So many products make claims that don’t hold up but this lotion does absolutely what it promises. Been buying it for years now.

This is okay, but I prefer the joint care one (with arnica). I can use this on my very acne-probe face with no breakouts. It does help with acne scars, it’s just not my favorite.

Just recently bought this for my fiance, he has severe eczema on his hands and behind his knees on the back side. It really helps his eczema flair ups. I would recommend this lotion to anyone with any sort of skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis.

Honestly, I think this stuff is great. It has helped me with dermatitis and is just an excellent non greasy body lotion. In terms of actual application, it dries down powdery. Please note it will pill pretty dramatically with some other products (especially oil based ones), so keep that in mind. I tend not to use this on my face during the day because of this, as I use other products and wear makeup. I have a bunch of weird advice on how to use this stuff. If you are prone to impetigo or dermatitis, I highly recommend giving this a try. I actually use it on my scalp as well for occasional seborrheic dermatitis, and it works better than dandruff shampoo and is far less irritating. This is going to sound strange, but if you find yourself unable to shower for whatever reason, I highly recommend using this lotion. It helps with both body odor and feeling greasy. It seems to nourish the skin and encourage renewal naturally while keeping the skin microbiome in check. This stuff also seems to mildly repel insects. Seriously. I normally attract mosquitos and insects like crazy even when I use repellent, but I seem to less so when I use this.

I have to take 2,000 mg daily of MSM (now brands as well) or else I get some dermatitis on the sides of my nose, eyebrows and forehead. I even get it inside my ear canal too. It I get it in my ear, the skin will start oozing some clear fluid to be followed by a fungal/bacterial ear infection because of the oozing skin. Then it will go into my hairline next.... It is awful. So I ran out of my pills and I was taking some 300mg drops that did not come close to helping. I forgot to take my pills for a few days and sure enough it came back. This heals it by the next day for me. My dog also had some yellowish dry/crusty flaking on the inside flap of his ear that I was wiping off and cleaning too much for it to always come right back. I put this on his ear 3 days ago and I just looked, his ear is beautiful. It looks like there was never a problem. I needed to use so little of this, the tube will last a LONG time. Money well spent!

Did you know that this was made with fish collagen? Neither did I... because I didn't seek out the full list of ingredients before I bought it. It isn't the seller's fault, though... because the list is available in the reviews; it's my fault because I didn't think to look. Pros - Unless you have a specific sensitivity to one of the ingredients, this will probably not irritate your skin. I have serious rosacea type 1 (the redness, not the bumps) and as a result, my skin is profoundly sensitive. Most things that I use on my face feel like acid or fire, but this cream did not... it was actually sort of soothing. Cons - Aside from the fish collagen, this takes quite a while to fully absorb into my skin and leaves me with a sticky/tacky feeling. I also have to use other moisturizers with it because I still feel dry... though, in the spirit of full disclosure, it doesn't seem to matter what kind of lotion I use I still have to use several products unless I am applying a petroleum-based substance like Vaseline, Vanicream, or Cera-Ve Healing Ointment. For the typical person, I think that this would probably serve well as a moisturizer as it contains a number of emollients. I will not continue using this because of the fish collagen; I'm a vegetarian and I don't feel comfortable smearing parts of a dead animal on my body, any more than I would consuming them. If that isn't an issue for you, then I'd say that you should probably give it a try... it's not especially expensive, so if it doesn't help you, the worst that happens is you're out a few dollars and have moist skin for a little while.

The product arrived in what seemed to he bad storage, as there's no cream, and it's just pure watery, absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs.

I bought this for my face and neck, for good skin as it says it goes into the layers of skin & not just sits on the top of the skin to work. So far I like it ,I feel it is noticeable results on my neck & I believe my skin is looking well with this cream. I will continue using it as it's only been a short time,happy so far,will update after I've used it for a while longer. My age is 63 and trying to achieve skin health & skin firmness. I think this cream also helps with brown spots as My skin appears lighter & clearer, I have very white Scottish skin tone.

Diese Salbe/Creme ist top. Der Körper brauch MSM, hier sogar liposomal. Wenn sie trocknet, pellt sie etwas ab. Aber das kann man leicht steuern - einfach in ein Glastiegel etwas Rizinusöl plus diese Creme, gut durchrühren, fertig :-) Entzündungshemmend ;-)
