Wanted to wait before I gave a honest review. I’m 49 & perimenopause. I will be honest I have not felt all the benefits yet from taking. I have noticed a change in my sleep, night sweats and brain fog! I have this on subscribe. I do recommend this product.

This product has truly helped balance my perimenopausal symptoms and has helped improve my energy & focus!

I absolutely love this product. It has corrected anything that was lacking. Now, I feel focused, way more energized, HAPPIER, and just happy to be in my skin. I am so so happy that o found this product. Even my husband and daughter is seeing the positive affects of this wonderful. I will continue to buys this as long as I continue to feel the way I have been. Almost 2 months in and loving it!!

Who knows if any of this stuff works but I really wish they would have the holding container size be a better fit for the volume of supplements within. If I found the same product that didn’t waste container size, I would purchase alternatively.

This product was not for me. Instead of helping with perimenopausal hot flashes and weight gain it did not help me lose any weight and it inflamed my hot flashes. This was after a month of use.

Has helped me tremendously with all things hormone related. Have already recommended this product to all my lady friends similar in age!
