Zinsser Proffesional Mould, Fungi and Algae Killer and Remover 500ml

Great product! This is a must for treating walls before redecorating. Very effective.

Good stuff

I was told by my builder to buy this brand to remove the mould from a bedroom wall and ceiling. You will find cheaper alternatives, but it worked perfectly. I did some research online and this brand comes up all the time. Very pleased with the outcome and the mould has not returned. Have to give it 5 stars, because it just works.

Seems ok so far but only time will tell but make sure have a window open when you use it

I didn't find it to be greatly effective on wallpaper, bleached diluted with water seemed just as effective if not a little better.

Our garage is damp due to land drainage nto it from neighbour and all our wood shelves had developed white mould and fungi on them. Pretty gross. Ordered this after some research. Dry sunny day removed shelf contents, brushed shelves for any loose bits and evenly drenched the surface and underside of the 5 shelves. Waited till wood was dry, brushed again. Within a few hours the heat had dried the wood completely and everthing was neatly back (in plastic boxes this time) on dry and mould/fungi-free shelves. The shelves look amazing and brand new. Hopefully the issue will not re-occur as wood now treated, but if it does due to ongoing damp conditions we hope having used this spray any reoccurrance would be slower over a longer period of time. We'd be more than happy to use this product again. Used nearly all the bottle on our shelves using it generously for best possible outcome. Wore a simple mask, gloves and opened window and garage door to ventilate and avoid possible ingestion of substance. No issues using it. Recognise from other reviews it doesn't seem to work for everyone. Glad I gave it a try for the excellent results we got. The spray came excellently from supplier packaged in tight bubble wrap to prevent damage or leakage during transit.

I tried this as the other brand I had previously used smelled a lot like bleach (which I guess is what it is). This Zinsser product had no affect whatsoever on the mould. It was like just spraying water. Maybe that's what this product is made from. In a nutshell, useless.
