Bodymax CF375 Power Rack

The product arrived very quickly and though I checked all the pieces it was not until a couple of weeks later that I started to put it together. Unfortunately one of the top arms (they are called right and left but look identical when correctly made) had the metal plate welded to the wrong end which meant it did not fit. I e-mailed the seller through Amazon who asked for photos which they forwarded to the manufacturer and asked them to send a replacement part. They did and within 4 dyas of noticing the part was manufactured incorrectly the new part had arrived. Shame that it was made incorrectly in the first place but the system in pace to have it replaced worked very well. I have now read the other reviews and realise that despite the 4 uprights being called the same there are 2 different pairs for front and back and fortunately I had put them up correctly - by chance.

This cage's fantastic and is well worth the price. Was delivered quickly and was easy to assemble, my dad and I put it together in under an hour. The frame is very sturdy and well made. The chin up bar is excellent, very good grip and a multitude of hand positions are available to the user. There is plenty of space within the cage for squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, bench press, jump squats etc. The steel rods also provide extra safety should anything go wrong, and these can be very easily removed or replaced somewhere else on the bar. Same goes for the bar rests. Along with this I purchased the Marcy 140kg Olympic Tri-Grip Barbell Set which comes with a 7ft Olympic bar and this fits very well with the cage. Would highly recommend these purchase's to anyone. Well worth the initial financial layout. For anyone looking to purchase this I would suggest also getting some floor mats to put inside the cage. Also a point to note is when planning where to place this in your home/garage remember to give room above the cage so as not to bang your head during chin ups.

Great for a home gym, comes in a slime line box (considering the amount of components) and takes about half an hour to setup if you have the right tools (i think 17 mm spanner and ratchet is all that's required)Reason for 2 stars -Whilst its fit for purpose for a light mess around - I really bought this to replace an existing rack that didn't have chin up bars.Sadly, unless you can keep a perfect form throughout and only move strictly up/down, the whole thing swings and rocks - i feel like this is only ever going to get worse.The next step is going to be to get someone round to weld the joins together - which will be unsightly and mean I won't ever be able to move or transport it.

I bought this for my cousin who is using it to build strength. I used to do powerlifting before a back injury and am teaching him to do partial heavy lifting in the squat, deadlift, bench press and military press, etc and it is great for him building strength with heavy weights on his own without a spotter. Although he is lifting more than the 180 max load for the cage it is a good basic cage for the price. Ideal for most home trainees.

Very good product, easy to assemble and versatile. Taking off one star because it isn't high enough for military press whilst standing in the rack (I'm about 6ft 1).

Really solid frame, which easily holds my barbell, and has given me no cause for concern when doing pullups. A great money saver if you tend to only use your gym membership for free weights. Cancel the membership, buy this, and it lays for itself within the year, with the added bonus of being readily available at home

Could of got the whole set cheaper from some other place but oh well it's still strong and worth it

I have had this paperback for approx 6months, it is absolute QUALITY.
