there is nothing on the container to suggest it can be refilled. It is so inexpensive, it is worth buying another dispenser. Wonderful product.

the pump mechanism has stopped working and the tub is half full. any ideas why this is?

With all natural pumps, air may have become trapped in the pump.Please try shaking vigorously and try again - you may have to repeat this process.

Is this a genuine product? The price seems too good to be true

it certanly is genuine. We use it twice daily as a face moisturiser. Not too thick and not too thin that it disappears quickly. Its very good
