Hi can you advise i have been looking at these units and others, are these the best ?

They are price efficient. The best cost much more. This are enough for me.

Does this work with myacurite and weather underground?

No you the next model up. Achieve very good and reliable system.so get the next model up. Don't buy David weather systems. They're expensive but and expensive to set up for weather underground. You will need a extra £100 for the data logger.
