Love, love, love this olive oil. Has a grassy taste and bit of a burn when you taste it.

Great clean tase with a grassy note. Loved using it to cook as well as with bread to dip in. I also like the bottles.

Honestly this is the best olive oil on the market. Both bottles have different and distinct flavors, both very pleasant. While they are not light olive oils, I have used them both to sear steak in a 500 degree pan without any terrible off putting flavor. To be honest though they shine as either a salad dressing oil or a dipping oil for bread. In either application their flavor will pop and make whatever the target food is feel special. The price is high for olive oil but I feel it is worth it and I will be ordering again.

The best olive oil you can buy

I love Brightland’s olive oil’s. Call me a convert. I’m on my second order. They do indeed taste fresh, alive and zingy. I wish I had more uses for the bottles when they’re done. I’m just not the crafty type. I may use them for dried flowers. But I only need so many of those. I hope the recycling bin does them justice.

Great product. You're wife will be pissed, if you use this good oil for cooking. It works great, but I had to replace it when she discovered that I used it.

We use these two oils plus the garlic, basil and chili versions for all meals requiring olive oil. It pays to know the oils you use regularly, and we are frequent olive oil users. And the empty white bottles with their labels removed are beautiful carriers of flowers around our home.
