I love these hydration tablets - they've been my saviour since starting intermittent fasting (16/8) 6 weeks ago. My first week of fasting made me feel lethargic with headaches every night during my fast. I also felt hungry and couldn't sleep. I almost gave up fasting until I read about electrolytes, so I purchased these. I've been taking two to three tablets daily, depending on how I feel. I have a Tropical or Berry flavoured tablet dissolved in water to use during 20 to 30-mile Zwift rides/races. During the night (when fasting and feeling hungry), I break up a Berry flavoured tablet to suck on - it tastes great and is similar to Barrat Refreshers. I found that Tropical is the best flavour to use in water followed closely by Strawberry & Kiwi. These two flavours taste too artificial to suck on. Berry is fine in water but improves with a dash of no added sugar berry flavoured squash.These tablets have boosted my performance on the bike (I no longer drink sugary Lucozade) and have irradicated headaches, lethargy and hunger pangs before bed.I'm starting my 7th week of fasting and 15lbs down with another 15-20lbs to go. I've struggled with weight for the past 20 years and tried every diet going. Fasting is the only diet (or I should call it a lifestyle) that works, and these tablets are a must for this new way of life.Update (6th June 2021): I've now lost 25lbs (11.3kg) since 14th March, and that includes a recent weeks holiday filled with plenty of beer and food (with desserts). I can't quite believe how fasting has transformed my body, and these tabs have been a key part of this process. ​I've gone from XL t-shirts to Medium and have never been happier! I plan to have a six-pack by August. :)Update (24th September 2021): I've lost 35lbs (2.5 stone), reaching my goal weight back in mid-August. I'm now working on body recomposition to get more definition with weight training, less cardio, more protein (supplementing with Myprotein Impact Whey Protein shakes), and lowering carbs (but not cutting them out). I just had a big bowl of lasagne with garlic bread :). I'm still fasting roughly 16 hours (between 8 pm and 12 pm) as it's a way of life for me, and I still use these tabs daily for exercise and fasting. I eat two meals a day with the occasional sweet treat and a few beers down the pub. I have never tracked food intake from day one but have a good understanding of nutrition and macronutrients. I used to eat a big bowl of porridge for breakfast, but now I have a big 4-egg omelette stuffed with ham, mushroom, and cheese with half a tin of baked beans. I'm no longer weighing myself daily since reaching my goal weight but keep myself in check with the trusty tape measure.

I’ve been using the High5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets for several months now and they’ve become an everyday essential in my routine. Literally have one daily! While they’re technically marketed as a sports hydration product, I personally use them more for general hydration throughout the day - and they’ve made such a difference as I noticed that they make me a lot less tired!I do usually get the ones with the caffiene in but got these this time around!These have a slightly sweeter flavour than the caffeinated version but still a really lovely flavour! On their own, they’re still nice, but I like to add a splash of squash/diluting juice. Just makes it more like juice! I love it this way and I actually look forward to drinking it daily! If you're someone who struggles to drink enough water, this is a brilliant way to make you feel more hydrated and less tired! Of course you should always drink water but these do help!I love that they’re sugar-free and have 0 calories, but still have electrolytes (the point of getting them lol) and some Vitamin C. I’ve definitely noticed that I feel less sluggish now that I have one daily, especially during warmer months or if I’ve not drunk enough water the day befpre. They're also great after long walks or a busy day when you need a little something extra to help your body rehydrate! They are to help with exercse/sports of course!This is genuinely just part of my daily routine now. I’ve found they help reduce that dry, tired feeling you sometimes get mid-afternoon, and they make it so easy to get more water in without any added sugar or artificial nonsense.If you find them a little strong, or prefer a lighter taste, just pop half a tablet in instead. Or add more water/squash to adjust the flavour exactly how you like it. Super versatile! I now chuck one in a large glass/bottle of water with some diluting juice and we are good to go!✅ Pros:Tastes great (love the berry but the mango is good too)No weird smell (if you know you know)Zero sugar & zero caloriesVitamin C boostEasy to carry in your bag or pop in a water bottle on the goIdeal for daily use, not just sports🚫 Cons:None personally! I've been using the HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets for several weeks now and they're already a hydration routine essential. The tablets dissolve incredibly rapidly-no annoying chunks or perpetually stirring-and the small tube is very easy to ram in your pocket or bag, whether you're headed to the gym or out and about.With 20 in a pack, it's brilliant value for money, if anything, especially because I can get away with one per bottle. My sole slight complaint is taste- it's so neutral, which is perfectly fine if you don't have an urge to sweeten it up or taste any flavour at all, but it took a short time to adapt. That said, it's a minor give and take with the performance enhancement and hydration benefits that these confer.Would recommend, especially if you're after a sugar-free option!

Amazing - just like squash.As a diabetic I find it really hard to find a zero/low sugar electrolyte replacement drink that tastes good but also isn’t over powering with a multivitamin taste or smell.This was recommended to me by a friend and I’m very grateful. It’s taste and consistency is just like squash!! No processed colours or unpleasant smells. Really easy and yummy to drink. I can’t wait to try the other flavours.
