I’ve bought this make for years and never been disappointed, you just can’t beat the quality, comfort & ease of use. Not light & flimsy, nether heavy or cumbersome. So versatile depending upon which knife you choose and what task it’s going to achieve , from the bread knife, the chef’s knife, right down to the utility knives, you just can’t go wrong. You might think the initial price is a little high, but these knives will last you forever.

I have several Global knives and, in my opinion, they offer the perfect balance of quality to price point. I nearly bought two while I could at this price! Mind your fingers though.

My go to knife at the moment. It very sharp and nice to hold. Quite balance. The price is reasonable for the quality and Amazon offer the cheapest one.

Extremely sharp small knife for delicate work where I want something smaller than a chefs knife. The handle is a little small for me but the quality and sharpness are excellent.

Somewhere between a full-size santoku and a peeling knife, great for fixing a quick brekkie for two.

I bought it as a in-between knife for paring and dicing tasks, but it is so sharp and comfortable to use I find myself using it for most things, from chef knife to paring knife tasks. I love it.
