For those wanting a genuine soft top sock - look no further. Gentle Grip are the best I've found - and I've tried plenty of others! They are soft, comfortable, hard wearing, and stay in shape after repeated washing. They stay up without leaving any marks on my skin.

As described, these socks have a gentle grip top. There is no uncomfortable seam across the toes and they have a good foot length for my size 7 feet. I bought them for comfort not because I have diabetes. They are very slightly coarse although they are a fine knit. I received only 3 pairs initially, contacted the seller via Amazon and the mistake was quickly rectified - I received another 3 pairs to complete the order.

These stay in place and leave no red ring round my ankles - job done! Very pleased with these. They are very roomy and don't pinch the toes. Great! I fold the top grippy section over as they're a bit longer than I want. But there's still no red line like I used to get with other socks. I just wish the blue pack were all navy. One is dark navy, one is a slightly lighter french navy, the other is a bit paler still. But I will wear them all, knowing they don't constrict my circulation. Very pleased to find these soft top socks.
