We rented a house while waiting for ours to be built and it had a very musty smell along with cigarette smoke. I've used commercial grade ozone machine before and knew this would help rid the house of the smells. After running it a couple times the air in the house was clean and free from all the odors. Just make sure you're gone for several hours (longer is better) and if you can open the windows once you're home. I have an app on my phone for the HVAC so about an hour before arriving home I turned the fan on to circulate the air so it wasn't too strong when we arrived. It's very light weight and the perfect size to place anywhere. I would leave it in the center of the living room which would cover most of the house and just make sure there's no pets or plants left inside while running one of these.

Bought a truck and had a smoke smell in it a few days after we bought it. Ugh we were fooled I guess. Looking into things it seems baking soda and tough work is always the best then we were talking to about ozone generators and are commonly used by car cleaners. A bit skeptical but figured in the past getting out smells over the years with various chemicals which always ended up basically masking the odor why not try this so we know at this price point. Just wow after one use and proper aeration. The smell was gone and has not came back after a few months. This device is amazing but remember to remove the main location of odor as it will make it come back. In our case we could not identify where it was and with new black interior I was hesitant on using baking soda si gave it a try and luck was on our side since it did not come back.

I purchased this product in hopes to remove an awfully strong gas smell from the back of an suv. Unfortunately a gas can spilled while being transported and soaked into the carpet pad in the cargo area. —————————————————————— This thing is small but packs a punch in terms of output. After reading horror stories of ozone machines making houses uninhabitable I exercised extreme caution and purchased the lowest powered option available. I’m glad I did as the machine worked wonders; and within a few days of sporadic application the smell of gasoline was completely gone. This device also has a built in timer and the knob catches at each minute even though it isn’t labeled as such. Below I will provide my own method to assist anyone unfortunate enough to need this done to their vehicle. This is simple and straightforward but I highly recommend using patience with this product —————————————————————— -Close all doors and windows of the vehicle. You want to seal it as much as possible when using the machine to make it more effective. I used a towel to keep the wire from getting pinched up by the door when fully enclosing the machine. -Run the machine for 10-15 minutes MAX. This may seem conservative from other information online but saturating ozone into a small space you sit in for longer periods of time is far worse than an unpleasant smell. This alone will save you from the 2 week long venting process others have gone through. - Allow the vehicle to vent for at least an hour between applications. This will allow the original scent to dissipate without using more ozone production than you actually need. - Repeat steps above until the unwanted odor is undetectable. The wait time is important for this because the ozone itself has a chemical scent that could mask the original odor. —————————————————————— Overall this ozone generator is a great addition to the toolbox so to speak. As a side note, the fan that propels the ozone from the machine is an exhaust so point the fan side of the device (opposite side of the knob) in whatever direction you think may need more direct application.

This is a pretty good ozone generator and I've used it to kill mould in dark areas and even in smelly cars. I first heard of this in hotel rooms where people have smoked and I heard that people would turn on the ozone generator and that would make the smell go away. So I decided to investigate this. And I didn't want to spend too much, so I landed on this option, which is pretty good for what it's been able to do for me so far. The smell afterwards is a bit pungent, but I think that's just what you have to deal with for a while. I usually leave it on for a minimum of thirty minutes to an hour in vehicles or small to medium sized rooms and it seems to do the job. I don't do this very often, but if a vehicle really needs it, I will use it once in a while. Pretty good item to have on hand if you're a car detailer and deal with smelly cars or even have bought a smelly car and need the smell gone.

This is a mighty little machine!! I’m allergic to mold/mold, musty spores set me off and make it hard to breathe. I placed it in my 700 ft basement and use it regularly for air maintenance, mold spores. Using this really does eliminate odors and neutralizes the air and has made a big difference in the time I can work downstairs in this space. It gives me a peace of mind on top of everything. It has old timey, dial timer that I rather TRUST, over a computer chip. I can set the dial timer or put it in “hold mode” so it stays on until I shut it off. I have it plugged in my the entry door so I can just pull the plug if needed so I don’t have to go inside and breathe the air (as the room needs to air out). I put this in my basement and run it when I am out working or going into town so it is not toxic if I am in the house. I turn on the timer, it shuts itself off, and it’s that simple. Well built, quality item, and would buy again!

Workkkkkks!!! My husband bought a truck from a man who had used it around his chicken houses. Chicken houses STANK, y’all. Big, bad stank! The whole interior of that truck reeked of chicken houses!! I wanted him to sell it or burn it! He tried soap and water, steam cleaning, leather cleaner, enzyme cleaner, Borax, baking soda….none of it really made a huge difference (the enzyme cleaner helped some). As a last ditch effort, I bought this little inexpensive ozone generator. I surprised him with it when it arrived. I told him what I’d read online and in the reviews for using one, and we went to try it out. We started by running the a/c and fan in the truck and putting the ozone generator on the center console (crew cab truck) and letting it run for 30 minutes with the doors and windows closed. We let it air out for 15 minutes or so, then reluctantly gave it the sniff test…we noticed DEFINITE improvement (but still not gone)! Next, we ran the ozone generator for one hour (truck not running, no a/c or fan) with the back windows slightly cracked for air circulation. Big difference! The last go, we lifted up the back seats to expose the cargo area under them and opened up the console. We let the ozone generator run another hour (truck still off, windows still cracked) and that was it! All the chicken house funk was GONE!! We were so blown away! That was over a week ago. I had worried the smell would return with the truck being closed up and sitting out in the Arkansas heat. Nope. The ozone generator banished it forever! One of the best ROIs I’ve had on a purchase! Just amazing!

I own a couple rental properties. Smoking is not permitted in the homes, and I make this clear to all prospective tenants, but I live four hours away, and many smokers like to ignore the rules. Two women lived in one home for a year and when they left one admitted to me that her roommate smoked in the house all the time—and not just cigarettes! I had the house professionally cleaned and painted, but once the paint dried the smoke and weed smell was still there. I tried to air out the house but the smell remained. They still live there more than a year later. This product is now on sale at around $28, which is amazing because I paid more than $100 for it. It was worth every penny. I keep it on a shelf in my garage and hope I never need it again. I have since recommend it to others who have had order issues in cars and homes.

This machine actually works miracles! We purchased a car that stank of smoke so bad that we thought we might not be able to keep it. Two times running this machine through it and we can't even detect smoke smell. Actually AMAZING!

Took this on a trip to Dubai. My plan was to use it to get rid of the musty “rental car” smell. The car I rented (2024 Kia EV9) had a very distinct tobacco smell coming from the headliner, so it was going to be the perfect test to see if this thing actually worked. One very important point, DO NOT stay in the vehicle when the ozone generator is running and AIR OUT THE VEHICLE AFTER USE. Ozone is highly toxic and can cause respiratory problems. Followed some YouTube videos on how to set it up. I parked in the hotel parking garage, got a long extension cord, connected the ozone generator, set the timer for 20 minutes, turned off the vehicle and closed all the doors and windows. After letting it dwell for 2 hours, I opened the doors and windows, aerated the interior for an hour, removed the cabin air filter and repeated the same 20 minute cycle with the AC on max. After another hour of dwell time, I let the car air out for a couple of hours, then went for a quick drive with the windows down. The tobacco smell was completely gone and replaced with a crisp “static electricity” smell. It was similar to the smell that brand new air purifiers and hair dryers give off when first used. I also made sure to replace the cabin air filter with a new one from the service centre. It’s a fantastic device that helped get rid of my fear of getting a rental vehicle that stinks or was smoked in. It’s now a permanent part of my travel baggage.

Used it in house after painting work. Specially oil paint which smells for long. Needs to be kept high as its heavier than air and no one must be presnet in the room. Its on expensive side but if you are in hotel or painting this can be very good way cleanse the air

Works great. Love it. Smell remover. Easy to handle. You have follow the instructions because to long time is not good. I personally have no problem with ozon but I know people who overreact on it. So after the use you have to ventilat the area for at least 2 hours. Also good to get smell away frm ACs. Just let the AC run during the process on fan mode. Noise is good, you are anyhow not in the room or the car during the process.
