This is an awesome product that I wish I would have added to my routine sooner -- after ALL of my workouts I suck this down and it tastes so good but even better, I notice the difference. I feel hydrated, refreshed and I don't have that overly tired feeling. Worth the money, the sticks are great to just throw into a blender bottle into your gym bag and none of that spilling mess! Great with some ice cold water. It does taste a little salty in the beginning but you quickly get used to it and actually desire the salty taste! Smells good, tastes good and superb ingredients!

I really wished I would’ve discovered Waterboy sooner. I love the healthier and higher quality ingredients compared with other hydration brands like Liquid I.V., which used to be my go to. My sons wrestle and they really enjoy the Waterboy more citing better effectiveness and recovery! I don’t allow my boys Gatorade and really try to help them understand the importance of quality ingredients and nutrients as an athlete. I load up on Waterboy for the wrestling season and my boys always make sure they have extra Waterboy sticks in their bags, especially for tournaments. Yes, this is going to taste saltier than liquid IV and not as loaded with sugar but my son said you get used to it and he loves the blue raspberry flavor. I admit I got hungover bad from my birthday celebration (can’t party like them college days anymore lol) and Waterboy really helped me to recover. Overall, it’s definitely worth a try and if you have athletes, please switch from Gatorade and Liquid IV to better quality options like Waterboy! It’s a little more expensive but worth it!

WaterBoy’s Lemon Lime Workout Hydration mix has quickly become one of my go to supplements for training days. The flavor is refreshing, clean, and not overly sweet, which is perfect during intense workouts when heavy or sugary drinks can feel too much. I love that it has 0g sugar, yet still tastes great. What stands out the most is how well it helps with hydration and recovery. I genuinely feel a difference, especially on days when I’m sweating a lot (pickleball, gym sessions, running, etc.). The electrolyte blend is strong, and the added Vitamin C and B-12 are a nice bonus. It mixes easily in water, no clumps, and the individual sticks make it super convenient to throw in a gym bag. If you’re looking for a solid hydration drink without sugar or artificial weirdness, this is a great choice. Highly recommend the Lemon Lime flavor

After reading all the great reviews I was excited to get my Water boy variety pack. However the taste was not what I expected at all. The salt content is very strong and over powers every flavor. Directions say to add 1 pack to 16oz of water and I added 1 pack to 23 oz of water and still was over powered by the salt taste. I wanted to love this brand as everyone else does but it’s sadly not for me.

Love that these electrolytes have very little to no sugar! And the flavors are great tasting!
