Having seen the review for this supplement, I felt I had to share my own experience. I'd been feeling unwell, lacking energy and generally run down for months. I had a spate of what were tentatively diagnosed as "migraines" last year and had sluggish mental reflexes and reduced powers of concentration. I took this and almost immediately I felt an improvement, felt lighter, started to feel well in myself. It has been consistent and although I have been through a period where I've had an excessive workload and have had to work long hours, I have had plenty of energy to get through.This may not have the same effect on everyone and if you are feeling healthy and normal it may well not make much difference. But for those who are convalescing and in need of a boost it may well be worth considering. I was reading about it and there is some evidence that it prevents migraines and helps other neuro problems from developing. It's also meant to help lower blood pressure and prevent heart problems. But for me it has just helped me move to a better state of health.

I have been taking CoEnzyme Q-10 for about a year nowon the recommendation of my GP. Having cardiac problemsand taking statins daily left me with an ache or cramplike feeling in my calves. So the GP suggested CoEnzymeQ-10, but said it was not available on the NHS.We normally make CoEnzyme Q-10 from our food intake butusing statins reduces the amount of it that is storedin the body, so it is important for statin users to keeptheir levels topped up particularly as we age.I have been using a 30mg dosage of the productfrom a well known High Street retailer and have foundthat it works well particularly for me, a male in hismid 60's.The Wassen product comes with the added extras of VitaminsE and B2 which have provided an extra boost to my energylevels.I take 20mg or two tablets and find that it keeps me tickingover pretty well and I rarely have aching calves now.Obviously different people may take this product for differingconditions, so any results would depend upon the individualneeds and dosage.From my point of view, it is worth trying, and at this pricethere is little to lose.Recommended.

I ordered this product as a last resort as I am a migraine sufferer and was going through a period of constant migraines. I was also feeling lethargic. I noticed a difference within a week of taking the Co-enzyme Q10 as my migraines had subsided and I had more energy. I take two tablets per day as recommended and have just completed my first box of 30 tablets. I still get the odd migraine however this has really improved my condition. Last week I started jogging again which I haven't done in a while which is amazing. This product is well worth a try (at such a reasonable price) as I feel it has improved my quality of life hence I ordered another packet straight away through Amazon as already feeling the benefit.

I find this very helpful. I was always tired and found co-enzyme q 10 very beneficial, I wasn't becoming as fatigued. These also appear to be the best value for money compared to other shops. Takes a while to take effect so give it a few weeks :)

Very reasonably priced and well packaged.

I have been using Co-enzyme Q10 tablets for many years, as it is essential to keep this topped up in middle to old age. It is produced naturally in our youth and 30s to 40s but declines as we get older. It is a natural, vitamin-like substance found in all cells in the body. Because of the addition of various other vitamins, B1, B2, vitamin E, and Zinc, they contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, the process associated with aging cells and decay. There are so many things it is free from, like artificial colours, flavours or preservatives that it is worth looking it up on Wassen's website for a full description and dosage.I would not be the energetic 82 year old that I am without it!
