Simple device that clips into Dyson Airwrap and allows creation of curls. Fits into the Dyson very well, and remains in place. Easy to mount/dismount. Works just as it should, love that you can curl in two different directions just by changing a setting. 5 stars.

One barrel, two directions, bigger curls.
This fits my dyson airwrap and it works well. The knob at the top is easy to turn to change the direction of flow and creates the larger curls that I want to achieve. I have shared a picture next to my slimmer curling barrel and as you can see the length is the same. Having just the one barrel that can be used in both directions is a great space saver.

this slots perfectly onto my Dyson Airwrap and works flawlessly creating soft bouncy curls the colour matches really well a great alternative to the branded accessory and a lot cheaper HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It does click on but not quite as stable as the original, but it does "wrap" my hair. Constantly out of stock at Dyson, so order this & I'm happy enough with it for the price🙂

“The attachment does not cool down.”
I’m disappointed with this attachment for my Dyson. I have the very first model, which comes with two separate curling barrels that you have to switch depending on the direction you want to curl your hair. That’s why I ordered this one — because it has a convenient switch lever instead. Unfortunately, this attachment is not as powerful as the original ones. And the worst part is that the cool shot / cooling function does not work at all. This is very important for setting the curl. Even 5 minutes later, the attachment is still hot.

Disappointing Replacement for Original Dyson
I recently purchased the 40MM/1.6 Inch Long Hair Curling Wand as a replacement for my original Dyson, which has been perpetually on backorder. Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the curling wand gets excessively hot, to the point where it feels like the material is softening with the heat. This is concerning and makes me question its durability and safety. Additionally, it doesn't perform as effectively as my original Dyson. The overall styling process is not as smooth or efficient. I was hopeful it would be a good substitute. However, it fell short in several areas. I appreciate the effort, hence the two stars, but I cannot recommend this curling wand as a reliable replacement for the original Dyson.
