Very good quality product
Works for me. - cholesterol is down to the point I am no longer on meds. I took this as a recommendation by a doctor together with increasing fiber and eating a more plant forward diet. It is really tart, but I make date balls with it and that is how I get my daily dose of Amla. Superb product. A little goes a long way so this bag will probably last my lifetime :)

Great quality Amla Powder! Easy to use, fresh, and effective. I’ve noticed healthier-looking hair and skin, and I love that it’s a natural product.

A valid medicinal plant
10 grams a day ( generous tablespoon) in a smoothie dropped my cholesterol by 20%. Truly vile in flavor both sour and bitter proving the adage that a plant that tastes bad but doesn’t kill you is obviously medicinal. It takes a lot of camouflage to get it down.
