Duronic DM05D1 Height Adjustable Monitor and Keyboard Sit and Stand Desk Workstation I am in my late 50's and work from home sitting at my desk all day. I have to regularly get up and walk around the house to keep my legs, back etc from seizing up, and in general I do not enjoy sitting for hours at a desk. I researched different alternatives, including rising desks etc, but the most economic and efficient solution I came across is the sit and stand workstation. I chose the Duronic firstly because it looks sturdy and robust, but also because it gives you the largest area for the keyboard, mouse and monitors over similarly or even higher-priced versions of the concept. It easily takes my 24" and 19" monitors, and the keyboard tray is really large, with plenty of space, and I have an extended keyboard. Many other people with better known brands often state that this element is not large enough for their needs, and leave such frustrated comments in the reviews. I was really pleased and surprised when I started using the Duronic, how much room there is. I hope you get a good impression from the photos. You need a bit of muscle to lift the desk, but the resistance is adjustable to a degree, and my wife can manage it! Lowering is a doddle with the gas struts. There are 8 different height levels. I have it at the highest, as I am a six footer. It is very comfortable. One bonus I had not expected, was that when I do choose to sit down, and lower the Duronic, the keyboard and monitors are at a better level then they were on my desk, and I do not have to try and struggle to get my knees under the desk, as the tray protrudes away from the desk surface at a pleasing distance. Overall I am delighted with my choice. And it seems robust enough and durable to last a long time without serious issues. Time will tell, but if I were looking again, I would definitely have one of these. Well priced and well designed.

I love this table! Very sturdy that easily carries the weight of monitors etc. As a tall person, the height of the table when seated is much better. I did invest in an arm for my monitor which has been so worthwhile for the correct adjustable position of the monitor between seated and standing positions. My only slight issue is the lack of space on the table and at side of keyboard for paperwork, but that is just because I am not a completely paperless office. It's the best thing for a better working posture my GP has ever recommended!!

Bought this for a colleague who was pregnant and had been told to stand more than sit. She found it good to work with but it was very heavy and she couldn’t move it or assemble it on her own. It takes up the whole desk too so larger than we imagined. A good safe product. Very sturdy.

Very robust, easy to set up, simple to use, I’m standing up and sitting down all day long !!! I got this because my shoulder was really painful from hunching over my computer all day , the physio recommended this and I’m much improved in a week ( plus stretching exercises) .. very good value for money compared to other types that are £100’s more. Plenty of space for computer screen, laptop etc... just a note it’s a heavy piece of kit and it’s highly sprung but once you have the knack it’s fine to adjust.... you have to find the technique.

I have an issue of late with my tail bone, not back so sick of sitting down and this is perfect, I'm 5ft 9 and its perfect for my height and the keyboard height, sturdy and easy to put together, may need someone to lift for you but I didn't have much of a problem, I'm female. My feet hurting a bit from not used to standing for so long but then easy to lower it down if need to in the afternoon.......Great bit of kit easy to put together too!! Very pleased and would certainly recommend it.

Given that this desk attachment was considerably cheaper than some of the other premium products on the market, I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. There was very little assembly to be done and I was up and going in around 5 minutes. The attachment is large enough to house my two monitors, phone, some files and the keyboard and mouse with relative ease. The handles used to raise the desk are easy enough to use and the desk rises towards you rather than vertically. I found the rise to be far enough for me to be comfortable - I'm 5'10', but the desk can rise even further so would suit 6ft plus. Just be sure your base desk is strong because this is a robust product that feels like it was made to last.. So far, so good.

Great product, very sturdy, works well and has alleviated previous shoulder problems I had associated with sitting all day.

This is a solid bit of kit. Pretty straight forward to assemble on my own. It’s not light, I think it recommends two people but I did it on my own with no problems at all. The lift mechanism is smooth even with two monitors plus arms and two laptops. Value for money is very high, in my opinion. Couple of slight niggles, no cable runs or clips but you could buy some and attach them easily. Without said clips or runs the mechanism could easily cut through any cable, but that’s the same with any moving desk. No earth in case you do cut a power cable, just use common sense here.

Veramente bella, robusta e utilissima. Sinceramente non mi aspettavo una scrivania di cosi alto livello. L'ho regalata a mio figlio che ne è rimasto entusiasta. Né comprerò una anche per me perché è davvero eccellente.

Estabamos muy contentos con el brazo para pantalla que teníamos de esta marca, así que compramos esta base para el mostrador de la tienda. Además de mejorar la postura cuando atiendo de pie a los clientes, tengo más espacio en la mesa. Recomendable 100%

Parfait pour travailler toute la journée : permet d'alterner entre la position assise et debout. Le dos apprécie ! Très facile à manipuler. Beaucoup de place sur la tablette principale : j'ai pu y installer sans problème un PC portable 17" sur station d'accueil, un écran 24", plusieurs smartphones... Attention cependant, en position haute, quand on s'appuie sur la tablette du clavier, la plateforme bascule en avant, malgré les 2 pattes à fixer à l'avant. Il faut que je trouve un mini serre-joint pour fixer la barre arrière au plateau de mon bureau.

In meiner Firma haben wir höhenverstellbare Schreibtische. Diese entlasten Rücken, Schultern und Nacken an langen Arbeitstagen. Da ich sehr oft Homeoffice mache aber auch privat viel Zeit vor dem PC verbringe, jedoch meinen Schreibtisch zu Hause nicht loswerden will, habe ich mich nach einiger Nachforschung für die Duronic Workstation entschieden. Die Montage ist sehr einfach, die Halterung muss nur ausgepackt und auf den Schreibtisch gestellt werden. Sogar das Tastaturfach ist bereits angeschraubt. Die Höhe dieses Mini Desk lässt sich schnell und einfach verstellen, die seitlichen Hebel werden einfach nach oben oder unten gefahren, sodass man gerne mehrmals am Tag zwischen Sitzen und Stehen tauschen kann. Nach einigen Wochen im Einsatz ist dies ein sehr stabiler Tischaufsatz, der nicht wackelt und nachgibt. Die Bestellung und Lieferung gingen einwandfrei und schnell. Dieser Steh-Sitz Stehpult ist ideal für gesundes Arbeiten, ich habe definitiv weniger Rückenschmerzen und keinen steifen Nacken mehr. Ich würde mir diese Workstation definitiv wieder kaufen!
