When I first purchased these capsules, I didn't really know what to expect, or if they'd do anything at all.I have since been off them for a few weeks (forgot to reorder!) and the difference between being on the and being off them really shows.When I was on these supplements, my nails and hair grew at an incredible speed. My skin was also softer and firmer.As I've been off them for a few weeks, my body has returned to its former state and nails are weak again, hair not growing as fast and also feels very dry, skin doesn't feel quite as firm..Huge difference between being on and off which proved to me that they definitely do work.They are easy to swallow, the strength is enough - don't take more than the required dose as it does contain other supplements in the mix. Treat all supplements with respect (make sure none of them contradict each other, as well as any medication you are on, or specific illnesses that might be affected) and you'll be grand.This mix also contains vitamin c, which is a bonus!Nice and affordable too with a 90 day supply. This is the best I've come across.

Horrible smell and taste, I wish that I'd read the reviews before buying. I will not be buying again.

I bought these last year because my hair was thinning and braking off. I haven't finished the bottle yet (got about 1months worth left ) and already my hair feels thicker and I have new hair grown where it broke off. I tend to take the recommend 1 capsule at night. They are not too big to swallow and there is no taste at all. My skin was also pretty bad ,with menopausal spots, they are clearing it up. Will defiantly buy more as the price is a lot cheaper than some brands I've seen.

Taking this to aid the healing of a pretty stubborn pressure sore.It has 100% of the vits needed to help your skin and muscle regenerate.I have been taking this for nearly 3 weeks and there is definitely an increase in granulation and blood flow to the sore. I’m combining this with vit A to get all the necessary vitamins that will hopefully speed up my healing.My only gripe is that there is 400% of the rda of riboflavin in this. I just don’t understand why this needs to be so high and gives me the side effect of luminous yellow urine as the excess is secreted. 4 and 3/4 stars overall though!

This product is very good and for me is worth it ,because I've already seen on my skin, nails and hair a good improvement. I am speaking from my point of view and depends on each body and from case to case.

These supplements are easy to swallow, tasteless capsules that supposedly help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. I've noticed improvements in my skin and hair (but not my nails, which are less strong than usual), but it's hard to say if this is due to the supplements, or because I've also been trying a number of new products. I'd like to think they are doing me good, but objectively it is very hard to tell. One effect they definitely have, is they turn your urine yellow - which makes me sceptical, as many supplements are simply expelled in urine rather than absorbed.
