The best knife I have ever owned
This knife is so good I ended up buying the whole set. I always get compliments when I'm hosting at first it's the looks and then when I get them to use one how effortlessly they can cut anything. Only had to sharpen this knife once and it's super easy to sharpen and stays razor sharp for a very long time

Beautiful knife, pleasure to use, perhaps a bit large for every day use but that’s not a fault of the knife at all. Slight blade warp on the one I got (3-4mm to the left at the tip) but not noticeable in use.Came very sharp and the box and paper sleeve are great for storage if you don’t have a knife rack, very thoughtful to include oil and silica for long term storage too.Grip is very comfortable too, though the spine can be a bit sharp if you like to choke up on the blade with your index finger.

The weight and balance of the knife is second to none. In terms of sharpness, I was able to cut the hairs from the back of my forearm! After cleaning it, I chopped some vegetables and it bites into what's being cut.It looks stunning, and after working in professional kitchens and being a cook, it exceeds my expectations.I'll reserve full judgement until it needs sharpening again, but would highly recommend.
